  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I can only speak well of Lethan and the two gentlemen that walked us through learning about what was supposed to be our RV. When I say the worse, I mean it. I have never heard of a business trying to push for you to take merchandise that is in non-working order so that once you purchase you use your owner's warranty to fix. Crazy, I cannot even make this up. I mean the financing manager quoted herself saying that she worked at BMW and they would do this all the time. Folks I am not sure about you, but I surely would NEVER purchase a car knowing you already have to put a claim on it. That occurred during my third visit. We received a call that they would take care of correcting what was broken that it would take them about a week and to return the following weekend. During the fourth visit with a confirmed appointment the same department comes out, this time a different person a man who says he is very busy with 5 other customers, oh this is after being told we were the first appointment for the day by sales and a confirmed appointment. So, we offer to go get something to eat and return with the hopes that upon return he would have time for us. However, the response was no because I am the only one in finance 5 other employees have left, I'm the only one left in finance. So, we offer to return for a fifth time next Sunday. The person gets upset and states "I will have to cancel your deal if you leave" of course we said, sure please cancel and provide us with a receipt of our deposit credited. He walks into the office and starts talking badly of us to a lady. We waited a bit before I decided to knock on the door and open it, I say excuse me I know it says employees only I am only wondering how long it will take for my receipt. (all the doors are clear glass so you can see what they are doing and read lips if you are interested in doing so). The lady responds, "mam you are going to have to wait because we are just too busy". There was no one there the place opened at 11am and no one was in the waiting area with us. We finally left. Of course, several messages ensued after once again apologizing for our horrible experience. We had received the same messages the previous weekend when we left. Shame on us for returning. Sad that some folks seem like they really dislike their jobs. They make it obvious in the way they treat customers. On top of everything I am still waiting for my 5K to be credited back.

  After everything we went through with the dealership we originally purchased our toy hauler from in Akron, Ohio, this Camping World location in Fort Myers was honestly a breath of fresh air. Scott was absolutely phenomenal! Not only extremely kind, but incredibly knowledgeable in every aspect of RVs and campers. You can tell immediately that he truly knows what he’s doing and actually cares about making sure customers are informed, comfortable, and taken care of the right way. He took the time to explain things thoroughly and answered every question we had with confidence and patience. Cameron was also awesome!! He got us checked in quickly, helped us without hesitation, and made sure we were able to get in for an orientation smoothly and efficiently. The entire staff here was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. After the stressful experience we had elsewhere, this location completely restored our faith in Camping World. Highly recommend this Fort Myers location for any and all RV needs. Outstanding service, great people, and an overall amazing experience.

  After a very frustrating experience with the Camping World location in Canton, Ohio where we originally purchased our RV, this Fort Myers location completely restored our confidence. Scott, the technician, is the definition of a true professional. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. He took the time to walk us through everything properly, answered all questions thoroughly, and made sure things were done the right way. His technical competence and attention to detail were outstanding. Cameron, the Service Manager, handled our intake and orientation and was equally impressive—professional, organized, and genuinely helpful. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. These gentlemen represent what customer service should look like. This location operates at a completely different level, and it shows in both the staff and the experience. Five stars without hesitation. If you’re dealing with RV service issues, this is the Camping World location you want.

  The absolutely best dealership in the world! They made sure i would get the camper i was looking for and after roughly a week they had it in store!! And they worked with me on financing and as of yesterday night im now the proud owner of it! Mr.stevens is the best salesman of all times ! He was very transparent on everything and didn't even charge me all the fees applicable!!! Mr.brian my financial support man helped me receive the paperwork and had a whole list of different policies to help me in the future and sat me down and explained each and every one to make sure I got what suited me and nothing I didn't need! Then the rv tech came out and helped me hook it up and explained everything I needed to know about towing and setup and when I got to my lot I was able to get it setup and had zero problems thanks to him(sorry sir I forgot your name but you are amazing) absolutely the best experience ever and I will go nowhere else except camping world of ft.myers. yall are hands down the absolute best. And thanks again for everything mr.stevens my family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

  I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Camping World in Fort Myers! We bought our TT in August, and completely meant to write a glowing review about our sales/finance team. Denise is a miracle worker, and by far the best “salesperson” I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Seriously, she makes us feel like family and we feel completely confident in her. She is competent, helpful, empathetic, and just all around a very “real” person. She made sure to work on our behalf with her finance manager to ensure that we were going home with a trailer that we loved and a deal that we were more than completely happy with! Thank you so much for all your hard work, Denise! You deserve every bit of recognition possible for the dedication to your clients!
