There was a 2017 Wrangler that peaked my interest but was a little out of my price range. I was very transparent on where I needed to be, Matt quickly worked on it and made it happen. He was available, attentive, prompt and not at all “salesy”. Just a genuine person and made the process quick and easy. I was pressed for time that day but Matt stayed late for me. When I showed up, he had everything ready and I was out the door in a little over 30 minutes! On the Jeep, I found a couple small items that I needed to have fixed, he set me up with the mechanic they use and is jumping right on them, with urgency and care. I wish I had the last two months of jeep hunting back but at the end of the day, couldn’t have been more pleased with Matt and Beach Buggys!

When we decided to pick up a new ride, we checked out Beach Buggys and were immediately at home - we found our Florida Jeep people! Jon was low pressure and easy to deal with, no upselling, patient in answering our questions. In the end we picked out an amazing Rubicon Unlimited, and they had it ready to go for us the next day. They sold the Jeep "as is" but while we had it in the shop to fit a Car Play radio, we asked the mechanic to look at a couple of minor issues we had found, and we were very surprised when Beach Buggys picked up the tab, even though we hadn't asked them to. These people stand by their products and have worked super hard to make us happy customers, we will definitely be back for our next Jeep!
