We arrived and the hotel worker said no one is ever there on Monday’s so we had to move our reservation to somewhere else and pay a ton more money to get there. They don’t shuttle from the cruise port and offer terrible customer service. Rent elsewhere!

I was enjoy this car around a month. They have 24 hours drop off, just need to leave key at the hotel lobby. And one very important things, before go there to pick up the car make sure you make a call there to confirm time. I guess a lot of people didn’t do that… Thank you

I rearranged my schedule, arrived on time—only to find the location completely closed. No phone call, no email, no notice at all. This is unacceptable. When customers make reservations, they trust that the business will honor them. Instead, Enterprise wasted my time and left me without transportation. If a location will be closed, the least you can do is notify your customers in advance. I will not be using this location again, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The girl in the office Shantice Brown seemed very irritated and complained the entire time that she was hungry. Lord help me! I never said a word! I just wanted my car and go. She never gave us return instructions and it was soooo complicated to return the car. No one is ever there!
