I made a reservation online and got a phone call from enterprise saying the location was permanently closed and I would need to rent from the airport. You wouldn't think it would be that difficult to remove this location from their website if it's no longer in operation.

We arrived and the hotel worker said no one is ever there on Monday’s so we had to move our reservation to somewhere else and pay a ton more money to get there. They don’t shuttle from the cruise port and offer terrible customer service. Rent elsewhere!

I was enjoy this car around a month. They have 24 hours drop off, just need to leave key at the hotel lobby. And one very important things, before go there to pick up the car make sure you make a call there to confirm time. I guess a lot of people didn’t do that… Thank you
