  My husband and I went in couple weeks ago to look at campers and see what was there the ladies at the desk are amazing. Our sales guy Ozzie was not very informative nor did he keep in contact with us neither did the sales finance management they totally just gave us the run around and this was the second tike we came in trying to give camping world the benfit of doubt and try to make a deal it was a complete waste of our time and we will not be doing business in near feature all camping world likes to do is get your hopes up and make you do a credit app being all pushy before showing you what is available in the price range you want to spend. And they run your credit all over the place not just what they tell you and what should take couple hours if that turns into days without any calls back you have to stay on top of them

  Outstanding Service from Jacob Veliz I had a wonderful experience with Jacob Veliz at the Dover, FL location.   After reading multiple negative reviews of Camping World overall, I am pleased to say that we have had nothing but good experiences so far. Our salesman, Phill, has been exceedingly responsive and helpful throughout every step—all without the awful high pressure sales tactics that we’ve all experienced in similar situations. Maria, in the finance department, was patient and assisted us with all questions and concerns. Every employee that we encountered at each visit has been friendly and accommodating. All in all, it has been a positive experience.

  This review isn't necessarily for Camping World as a whole but for a fantastic sales associate. Nick was an absolute delight to work with! He listened to our needs, put in the effort to pull units that fit our criteria, and worked tirelessly to find just the right deal. Although we ended up not buying from Camping World (at no fault of Nicks) we wanted to make sure the GM of this location knew just how awesome and professional Nick was. If not for all the additional fees that exceeded our budget, we would have absolutely purchased from Nick!

  This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience for service and insurance. We had an insurance claim and they had turnover, so our camper got lost a couple times, they stopped communicating with insurance, told us they don't have stuff for Jayco (which was withheld for weeks) but we could just pick out stuff at Home Depot to fix it with even if it won't match.... and then after multiple weeks and times of no communication, they tried to telling us we couldn't take our camper despite no work being done, paying them our deductible and tried telling us we had to pay another$600 to take it. Thankfully, despite all this and it occuring during the only heavy rain months, my camper is no worse off but the claim date is passed so I'm doing it cash elsewhere. The ONLY reason it is not a 1 star is we did get a fridge we needed to replace on clearance and the parts guy was honest enough to tell us it would cost $500 to install it despite it being a 15-30 min job and it was easy enough for us to do ourselves once our camper was no longer in a hostage situation.
