When I got it home and actually started going through it, this is what I found so far: 1.Gas leak at hoses by tanks 2. Fresh water tank valve hose is broke leaks water out of tank. 3. Front electric Jack is broke 4. Microwaves don't work 5. Fresh water pump didn't seem to work 6. Most of the USB chargers don't light 7. Awning is ripped at seam 8. Couldnt test hot water heater. 9. Outdoor speakers are broke 10. Front steps are missing screws 11. Tank full gauge is broke by front door Dont buy anything from this place. They also didn't want to do anything to help pay for my deductables from the warranty. My salesman didn't make me aware of any of these problems which is why you should never trust them

They sold me a 2017 StarCraft Camper with a leaky roof after they reassured me that the roo had undergone inspection etc. I have a lot more to say about this experience but I ll just warn you it's not worth your time or Money!!!

Ozzy is a fantastic guy to deal with, he was accommodating and even let our pet sit in his office while my new camper got prepped. Overall a great experience with the staff and service at the Tampa Camping World!
- LGluis gutierrezDec 20, 20255.0On December 8 I had the opportunity to be able to buy a Jayco RV I was attended by Luis he showed me the unit and he was very honest with me by telling me that the unit needed some items and above all he helped me until the end of the process it was a very unique experience I recommend it 100% that if anyone is interested in buying an RV look for Luis excellent person With whom I did not have that detail it was with a finance woman at the beginning she was kind after I did not want to buy guarantees the change began and I was doing it in bad taste I was about to leave because he really does not have the professionalism of attention.

I am giving Camping World a 2/5 for a few reasons and the only saving grace was my sales rep Ozzy. I purchased an RV on Black Friday this year after test driving the vehicle a few days prior. I was told that a small AC issue that we discovered during the test drive was fixed and checked out by a Ford Technician, turns out that was not true. I never received any paperwork on the report and I still am having the same issue. I personally drove my RV two hours to a Ford dealership for them to check it out after camping world told me to do that - and they said this is a “Thor” issue and they can’t fix it. GREAT! I the emailed camping world asking to drop it off to them, and received radio silence! I also have received NON stop spam calls (I never had an issue with this before) from all different numbers. It is CLEAR that Camping World sells your information to the highest bidder. I also was treated differently as I opted out of their financing and extended warranties. I received the run around with 2 different finance managers and felt the pressure from them. Overall, I really enjoyed Ozzy as a sales rep, his communication was excellent but feel I was not treated fairly with what I was told was fixed in my vehicle and due to my purchasing preferences. I also am extremely Frustrated with the spam calls.
