  I went to this Location because the Company that I work for uses this Location. The Light was out on my turn signal and my tire was losing air. There was also vapor in my rear light. The Manager there took care of everything within a short period of time of time. Plus they Rotated my tires. I am a happy camper because I received excellent service. Also the People there are very nice and Friendly.

  Great experience, My tires are all good to go for rough roads, they balance my tires better than expected. My pedal feels stronger and healthier. Pretty sure I'll recommended to my friends and family. The staff is really professional and well behave. Just posting a couple of things these guys do not only tires. The representative Luis was a great help. Its also affordable and not excessively high.

  I've visited this Tire Kingdom location multiple times and have always received excellent service. In the past, I went to a dealership and another shop, where the experience was more expensive, slower, and the staff often seemed unsure of what they were doing. Casey and Miguel are friendly and straightforward—no unnecessary upsells or nonsense. On one visit, they diagnosed and fixed my vibrating brakes by replacing the pads, something the dealership had completely missed (I had wasted money there on a wheel alignment that didn't solve the issue). On another occasion, they replaced my tires because the car was pulling/rolling unpredictably while driving. Both times, I left as a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs, including tire and brake servicing.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Tire Kingdom for years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Doral store on December 22, 2025, was extremely disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my experience. I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment for a tire rotation, balancing, alignment, and the replacement of three tire pressure monitors. Sadly, the service I received was far below the standard I’ve come to expect: 1. Improper Tire Rotation: The tire rotation was done incorrectly. Instead of simply swapping the rear tires to the front and vice versa, the tires were moved to completely different sides, which is not how it should be done. 2. Incomplete Wheel Balancing: The balancing wasn’t done correctly, as the technician seemed confused about which tire belonged on which side of the vehicle. 3. Incorrect Alignment: After leaving, my truck started pulling hard to the right. I returned to the store, where I was told the alignment was done improperly, leaving my truck worse off than before. 4. Damaged Wheel Caps: Three of my chrome wheel caps were broken during the service. The technician knew they were damaged but continued to install them on my truck without informing me of the issue, and I had to confront him about it. Even after returning to the store for a second attempt at fixing the alignment, the problem was not resolved, and I was handed my keys without a proper test drive. The technician’s explanations only made me more frustrated, as it felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for the poor service. It is now 3:30 PM, and while the store service representative, Miguel, was professional and apologized for the issues, I am still left with an unresolved problem and a vehicle that hasn’t been properly serviced. After paying $700+ for the service, I now have to find a new tire shop to fix the issues and won’t be returning to this location. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend Tire Kingdom based on my experience at this location. I hope they take steps to improve the quality of their service.

  Waited 2 hours for 2 tire change. Had to go outside and let the tire installer know that he needed to rotate the tires even though it was noted by the salesperson. I was been charged $49.99 to balance the 2 old tires when it was never balanced. The manager Miguel lied and said that it was balanced and I had to pay for the balancing. When we spoke to the installer the installer said that he only balanced the new tires. When I told the manager that he lost me as a customer he said that he didn’t care. Tire-kingdom stop caring about their customers. I paid for the balancing of the 2 new tires but no sure if those were balanced as I was lied about the old tires. I feel like they stoled my hard earned money.
