  I recently leased my 5th SUV from Gunther Volvo (XC 90). I had some issues with the Service Department (that was working on our prior leased auto) however, my sales consultant - Alexandra Kienle - was fantastic. She was aware of what was happening with our prior auto and she assured me the Gunther Volvo wanted to make things right by us. So we sat down and were able to get into a new lease and SUV with what a consider favorable terms, and as a CPA, I don't say that lightly. I highly recommend working with Alexandra, she is a straight shooter and will take the time to review the settings and functions of your new vehicle, because of her I remain a Gunther Volvo customer.

  I recently bought a Volvo S60 from Julio at Delray Gunther Volvo, I got the vehicle delivered to me and upon driving the vehicle for two days I realize that when When I hit The brakes, the steering wheel has a bad pulsation and the vehicle pulls to the right. I let my sales person Julio know what was going on. He told me to bring the vehicle in to see what was the issue, upon bringing the vehicle back into the dealership, they found the root of the issue, which is the brake rotors so he said that they were going to order brand new brake rotors and put it onto the vehicle, but I would have to come back. I said that was no problem. 15 minutes later he said that they resolve the issue because they took brake rotors off another vehicle and put it onto mine And the issue still persists. I’ve let Julio and Nyam the client relations manager know and he said there’s nothing that they could do to help Me further

  I don’t like being lied to and the sales rep told me that Volvo just started working with Apple when I got my car in 2023. He said CarPlay will soon be wireless, guess what it’s 3 years later and support is still saying it might be. That’s a lie. Fair warning, don’t believe anything that’s they say will soon be available it’s BS.

  I had such a positive experience working with Chris Cardosa, the Service Manager at Gunther Volvo Delray. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stands out. Chris took the time to walk me through every detail of the service process, explaining what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was clear and easy to understand. His extensive knowledge and calm, reassuring manner made me feel confident and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely listens and puts the client’s needs first, and Chris absolutely does. Highly recommend asking for him if you want top-notch service and a team that truly values their customers.

  I am not one to get mad easily, but I have to share what has recently happened to me at Gunther Volvo Cars Delray Beach. I have been loyal client of theirs for many many years. I am on my 4th Volvo with them. I always had the best experience in the past with Dick Uhler and my service experience in the past has been great. But that is all out the window now 😢. On Monday, Oct 13th, I went for routine maintenance (oil change/tire rotation). More then halfway through the service I get a text to approve a new tire, because there is a HUGE gash in my tire. I literally have no clue how that would have ever happened and I am made to believe that I did it. No tire pressure warning lights ever appeared; it looks like the gash could have been from a tool that got ran over. Almost $500 later, I was back in business, so I thought.  Tuesday, I had a loan closing in Melbourne, and on my way home all four tires showed low tire pressure warning. Wednesday, after calibrating, the tire warning went away, but now I started noticing smoke out of my hood. Thursday, on my way to work, I saw more smoke and then all of a sudden my car told me that my coolant level was low and I needed to get to a safe place and turn my car off. Volvo towed my car back to their dealership. The rest of the day I had to cancel all my meetings, and had to leave a networking event early that my coworker had to take me to, so she could take me to pick up my loaner car. They have now had my car for one week after promising me that my car would be ready on Monday. I still have no clue what is going on, and no one is returning my calls or text messages. Today I left messages for two managers and sent a text to my service person, and silence. Is this a way to treat a long time Customer?!! I want them to refund me for the tire they say I damaged, which now I am 💯 convinced that they had something to do with it and I want an apology from management for not returning my calls. My hubby even called and spoke with the manager at one point who said that he sad going to see what was going on and call him back in 30 mins. Nada!!! No call back!!!!  You should be ashamed of yourselves Gunther Volvo Delray.
