Fields BMW in Daytona Beach, FL gets a 5+ star rating from me based on how great they are!! Keith was my service advisor and he couldn’t be any nicer. They got me in for service at the last minute and were professional and basically AWESOME. The dealership is really nice and they offer a fresh cooked breakfast and lunch. If you are in the area stop in. Their sales people are NOT pushy and they let the product speak for itself. The service techs were neat and polite. A positive experIence.

I recently had my first oil change at Daytona BMW, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! My husband took my car in, and he came home raving about the experience. To start, while waiting for the oil change, he was treated to a delicious full breakfast prepared by a chef. It’s not every day you find a car dealership that offers such a delightful dining experience!
The staff went above and beyond at every turn. From scheduling the appointment to the friendly service we received, everything was seamless. I particularly appreciated the personalized touch of receiving a video from the mechanic, showing me the work being done on my vehicle. It gave me peace of mind and made the experience feel very transparent.
Switching to Daytona BMW has been a fantastic decision, and I look forward to being a loyal customer in the future. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Routine oil/filter change on my beater 2011 528i, this is my second visit to Fields BMW for normal maintenance and one recall in the last year. Nicole , my Service Advisor, has been clear and concise in her description of work and vehicle inspections performed. CJ , the Service Tech , has treated my beater BMW as if it's a vintage BMW M1.. kudos to Fields BMW.

Top-notch BMW dealer offering world-class service in vehicle maintenance. Was on a road trip with my family all the way from California and I got a notification my vehicle was over due for important service as we piled on the miles and have some other things checked out for safety. From the moment I called Fields BMW of Daytona the receptionist and service representative were all very polite and professional going out of their way to help me book an appointment before we left Florida on New Year's Eve no less- BMW app had no openings for a couple more days.
When we arrived to the service center we were greeted by Joseph who took in the vehicle and explained all the extra care Fields takes with customer's cars. Keith was our service representative accommodated us no problem again even being one hour late to the appointment. Keith offered extra complimentary services and vehicle maintenance under BMW that was either coming up or things I was completely unaware of like battery key fob replacement. Maintenance technician provided a clear video of all work completed. Freddy in service delivered our X7 back to us in brand new condition after such a long trip with 2 small children.
All the snacks, drinks, specialty coffees, and ice cream that we enjoyed inside! They even have a chef and kitchen making hot food for everyone; never experienced this before. Our home dealer has one Starbucks machine that also makes hot chocolate lol nothing else.
BMW needs to model all dealerships with service and professionalism like Fields BMW. Big thank you again to Joseph, Keith, the service technician, Freddy and the entire staff that we had the pleasure to interact with. Driving home now with the peace of mind of a well running vehicle inside and out we're so grateful.

Outstanding service every time! Brandon truly makes you feel like family. He’s fast, polite, always in a great mood, and even remembered me from my last visit. He checked in consistently and reached out quickly when my car was ready. From the moment you pull up, the entire staff is welcoming and professional. Best service I’ve ever had plus a great dealership atmosphere with good food, coffee, and positive vibes. Highly recommend Brandon and this BMW service team!
