After purchasing four plus vehicles and referring multiple employees and friends to this dealership, I am beyond let down with the service department and lack of professionalism from the service manager Earl directly. I have a brand new 2025 X5 that I did a test drive with one of their head technicians and with Earl the manager and duplicated a problem that we’ve been having with our vehicle since we purchased the new X5. After a week and a half of having the vehicle, they told me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and that they had the problem resolved. This is now my third trip to the dealership to work with them and helping them try to fix this problem with my vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, my vehicle was number one, not washed and extremely dirty, and number two. The biggest issue was the problem was not resolved nor even addressed at where I originally mentioned that the problem was originating in the rear passenger door of my vehicle. They fixed other issues in the vehicle, which I greatly appreciate however, the main annoyance was never addressed. Upon calling a service manager, and telling him that the problem was still there and persistent, which I did in a very professional manner, but yet I was upset and frustrated that I had to make multiple trips and miss a flight this evening, making multiple trips to Daytona for a problem that was not addressed, I arrived at the BMW dealership at Wright around 6 o’clock for the service manager to tell me that he did not appreciate me cursing him out and my lack of professionalism. I never cursed at him not once and he threatened to playback a phone call that he stated was recorded and I said please. I gladly welcome that because I never cursed at you. I told him how frustrated I was over the phone and that I was very unhappy that the issue that I originally had was not resolved. He was so unprofessional that I literally had to just request that he gave me my keys back, and I left the dealership. I am so letdown and beyond upset at the way that this dealership has gone downhill. I’m blown away that they would treat a repeat customer such as myself and the way that they did. I do not suggest going to Fields BMW of Daytona Beach for any service issues until this service manager is released from duty and a more professional person has put in this place.
As I left the dealership going out of the doors, the manger then proceeded to make fun of me to a service advisor sitting near the door. I encourage the owners and management to look at video of this exchange and lack of professionalism from this individual.
And on top of all of this, they scratched up my brand new rear seat horribly and I showed it to the manager, and he acted like he could care less.

Let’s just say integrity doesn’t seem to be part of the company culture. At least from an internal point of view.
-David, I appreciate the sudden interest in my “perspective”, however, you lost that privilege the moment you baselessly, and without warning, fired me. It’s difficult to share insights with a company that showed me the door before asking any questions. But hey—glad to see integrity is still aspirational over there. Best of luck with that.
