Decided to bring my other vehicle in for an oil change and had no wait! Very thorough inspection and clear communication on any issues! Highly recommend this location! Kenny and Gabriel were exceptional and I will definitely be back!

Cut to finally having the donut mounted to my vehicle, thankfully less than 2 miles from Tire Kingdom... Kingdom is accurate- this location was not only a saving grace for me, but they were accommodating, helpful, patient, explanatory, and kind. In addition to my (very last minute) scheduled tire change, they informed me of upcoming services my vehicle requires, made me aware of issues that had arisen amidst my tire debacle, printed out all aforementioned work on my final receipt, and above all? They made me feel infinitely better from a position no one wants to be in. Before my leaving, they even provided advice for me on a cosmetic issue I have with my car. Whomever the 3 associates were today, I wish I had gotten their names. I most definitely will be back and I am BEYOND grateful and thankful for their KICKASS help today!!!! 💪🏽🤘🏽🙂↕️🫂
- FLFrancis LennNov 13, 20251.0Horrible experience. They let me do a reservation, but once I arrived, they said they do not handle hybrid cars. Yet, they had full electric vehicles there. The manager was not very friendly. My car was dead and did offer a jumpstart, but I had to insist on several tries until it worked. Otherwise I would have needed a tow. I would not recommend it, at all.

Right away he had Gade take a look and found there was a nail in the back tire. I purchased a new tire and they had me in and out faster than I could have imagined. Thanks Brandon and the TK crew for helping out an out of towner

We made it to Tire Kingdom and met Assistant mgr Brandon, Service mgr Ken and Tech Dave, and within an hour, we had a brand new tire and were on our way home!!! Words can’t describe how grateful we feel that we were about to get this potentially horrible problem corrected in such a quick turn around! They were fabulous to deal with and incredibly professional!
