    Love this tire kingdom location! I appreciate their honest communication and willingness to work out options that are best for YOUR car. I never feel like I’m being up charged or forced to send more than I need to. I especially appreciate Kenneth and Brandon for always pick up the phone and finding the right answers for me! I really appreciate this team!

    I have a 2007 FJ cruiser. I brought it in 3 weeks ago. All the lights on the dash were on check engine, light vehicle, stability control etc. Car was driving fine. I didn't hear any noises. I asked them to scan it for me to see what the code said. I never ended up hearing what the code was so I took their word for it. I had already replaced the gas cap which is a trigger for that lighting system coming on and that did no good after a few hundred miles. So I took it to them. Upon inspecting the vehicle they said I needed brakes rotors. I had a a couple of other issues with a wheel bearing etc etc. And then they asked me if I heard any knocking sound and I said no. We hadn't noticed any knockings out. He said well your exhaust has a huge hole in it and that all has to be replaced anyway. $4,500 later. Got the car back in a couple days. They were very prompt and I will say they were good at responding. As far as status on the vehicle. Got the car back. Drove it less than 2 days. Lights back on so I called. I took it in and my wife is the one that actually took it in the second time. She said they cleaned off a sensor or something and the lights were off well again. I had asked them to pull the original code and tell me what it was compared to. What codes coming now? Still nothing so I called this past weekend. Of course the manager wasn't in same runaround that I got before. Lights are all on again. Car drives fine now. Mind you I got a bunch of work done and the only thing that reduced and changed was we did have a lot of cabin noise so maybe the exhaust was disconnected and rusted out. So I will say thank you for that. But my original problem which was brought in for the codes was never addressed so I took it to my local Toyota dealer. They pulled the codes for me and said it's just a small evap leak. They tested the gas cap. It's a new gas cap. It ends up being a very simple fix in my fuel tank. So be wary of these guys. I had asked twice to get the codes and find out what the culprit was and what the codes were saying and never once did they give me the code readout so I did get $4,500 worth of work done that maybe would have been done down the road but they made it seem like I needed it done sooner than later. I just feel like these guys aren't trustworthy. Also they would not give me the total prices out the door. They kept saying that the discounts weren't put in blah blah blah. Well I paid cuz they had already done the work on my car. Having got the receipt back I compared it to several other shops and they are marked up more than 50% what other shops charge so I definitely got ripped off. I will not go there again for anything

    So my family and I found ourselves in a fire situation. The vehicle we rented was way past its' oil change and the agency we rented from had no further vehicles to provide for us. We were instructed to bring the vehicle anywhere to get an oil change. This was highly inconvenient but had to be done seeing as we had to drive over 16 hours home very early the next day. Not being from the area we looked for any shop closest to our location. The first place told me very nonchalantly that they would be unable to get to the vehicle until maybe 6pm. I said I had no other choice and was willing to wait but asked if they could just call me as we were across the street when the opening came. He said no we will give away your spot. I was hungry I started walking around looking for food when I noticed Tire Kingdom. I went in and asked if they have any openings for an oil change. Energetically Brandon told me yes we always have a spot we just need time and patience. I asked realistically how much time do you think. He said probably 2 hours but with a certainty that let me know they would get to the car quicker than the last place. So I walked back got the rental car and drove it to them. In no time the vehicle was done and they were great about the entire process. Taking my number to call me in case the vehicle was done while I went looking for food. That is professionalism and having a heart for the customer. Communication goes a long way, confidence goes a long way. Waiting isn't an issue when there is no other choice but how you communicate the importance to a customer matters. I want to say a special thank you to Brandon the assistant manager and Eric the manager. You all have no idea how happy I was to get out of there still with some sunlight outside. Long story short bring your vehicle here this guys do good work in a timely fashion. If things do not go as planned they will let you know.
