  I’ve been wanting to get a leveling kit on my truck for awhile now. Anytime I call I get told that person doesn’t know anything then I get transferred to another person then get sent to voicemail and never get a call back. This has happened a couple times now, I’ve tried calling chris one of the service guys, leave a voicemail and never get a call back. I called the service desk and the lady took a message and again never heard anything back. I have the money and want to get work done but it seems like they could care less.

  Just purchased a new Tacoma from Mike Erdman Toyota. I specifically ask for Ed Pearson when purchasing a new vehicle. The experience was great. I have purchased 4 previous vehicles from him. Each time, he understood what I was looking for, no pressure, and made the transaction smooth. Ed and Service Advisor Jimmy Francisco are the reason why I only deal with Mike Erdman Toyota. Jimmy is great. He goes out of his way to help me and always makes sure I am 100% completely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicles. My wife and I have only owned Toyotas since 1986. Ed and Jimmy are great representatives of the dealership and are the reason I only trust Mike Erdman with my Toyotas.

  Yesterday was my first service visit at Mike Erdman Toyota. My advisor was Macey. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She kept me informed as to the progress, and they were on time. The waiting area is very comfortable. What a great first impression. I love my car and plan to keep it for many more years and look forward to a continued relationship with your service department. Thank you Macey.

  WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! SHADY people/company! Pressured into making a decision THAT night! Wanted BOTH our vehicles, 1 of which was sight unseen, HEAVILY modified diesel (2019 Chevy 2500) low balled us then said they would pay the truck off! Great getting rid of 2 payments for 1 right? WRONG! This “business” waited 6 days, 6 days to call me and tell me there was an issue with the diesel truck and they then CANCELLED our loan! Their way of “making it right” was additional 4K on top of the 10,100 they already got because the truck needed 11k in “issues” well said truck was a daily driver and drove there no issues! And now 6 days later they DEMANDED we pay more money to “make it right”! This was THE worst experience ever! And I will NEVER recommend this shady STEALERSHIP to my worst enemy! Special thanks to Josh Smith (who made all this possible) MG (our salesmen and his insistence of purchasing from them and no we don’t need to see said truck)and whatever “management” they have at that place! They’re just money hungry!

  I had my 2024 Tacoma in for Toyota Care service of a tire rotation and oil change, as well as a recall. A couple of days later, I realized my turbo sounded much louder than usual. I pulled over and raised my hood. Lo and behold, my air intake box was open, allowing debris a clear shot at my motor and bypassing my filter. I resecured the box myself. I called my service advisor, and they apologized profusely and said they'd make notes of this in case of future damage. Yesterday, I washed my truck only to realize that 2 of my valve stem covers (TRD ones that my wife got for me for Father's Day) were missing. As a former mechanic, I don't understand not clearing the engine bay and ensuring everything is buttoned up before closing the hood. Nor do I know why you wouldn't replace the valve stem covers after you are done checking tire pressure. If the service department can't get the small things right, how can you trust them with anything? I'm genuinely disappointed. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle for any service to Mike Erdman Toyota. I would not recommend Mike Erdman Toyota's service department for any repair, preventative maintenance, or warranty/recall repairs. Edit - Apparently, I'm not the only one who has experienced this from the service department. Others have experienced this as well. Service Manager/Director - feel free to call me to discuss.
