  absolutely incredible experience. These guys had everything ready for me to sign. I was out the door super quick. They were super kind so helpful. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else to buy another Toyota. they also have a mobility department where they equip adaptive vehicle for disabled drivers. Truly, a remarkable experience

  Charged me $160 in labor for a windshield wiper replacement. Bunch of scammers here. Also tried to pad the bill with a top engine induction system cleaning that they said is required for the 30k maintenance. Does the manufacturer manual say so? Didn’t think so. Go ahead and look that induction cleaning up for yourselves, it’s a scam. No southern hospitality here, just strap in for the ride of your life with all the snake oil they’ll try to peddle you. It’s no wonder Mike Erdman is rich.

  On 25 September 2021 I purchased a lifetime warranty battery for my Toyota Camry. On October 29, 2025 I went into the dealership with my battery. I was told that the lifetime warranty only applied if I had the car towed in and the alternator and starter were tested. These were not the original terms of the purchase. I was told that I needed to show up with my receipt only, and if I needed a battery, the warranty would be honored. The dealership was completely unhelpful and did not care that I was going to leave them a one star Google review. I don’t understand why they would change the terms of the warranty. They make everything so unnecessarily complicated. They really just want to get your car in the shop so that they can find things to fix on it and extract more money out of you.

  This review is regarding service. I own a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and it started making a squealing noise. I had just changed the serp belt myself, however i am not a mechanic, so i took it in for a diagnoses. Went all down hill from there. After 2.5 hours was given a bill over $2k to change AC air compressor (clutch) when my AC works perfectly normal. They sent me a video claiming they checked the pulleys and the video quality was early 2000s at best. Literally couldnt see anything from the video. I went to another dealer and they diagnosed one of the pulleys was broken for a 1 hour fix and only $700 due to labor. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Just another big dealer trying to get one by on the elderly.

  We bought a new Toyota RAV4 XLE a month ago after a bad accident. Our salesman was Alex Salahshour. He went above and beyond to help us. He could see I wasn’t real well, we told him what we were looking for and the color. Instead of having us to ride around in the golf cart looking, he went out and brought the vehicle up to the front door for us. What an asset to Mike Erdman. Also Jay Usmanov, Sales manager, when it came time to do our paperwork, he explained everything to us that was so easy to understand. We’re almost 80 and appreciated the kindness and patience with us for all our questions. Also, Nooko, the receptionist was so kind to us. Please let these employees know what an asset they are to your dealership…
