He's on the phone in his ear bud with his wife every time hes worked on my vehicle . He frequently pulls his phone out and text one time he loosened my tire and stood on his phone and talked for 20 minutes before completing my patch . Management does n othing about it . Today was my last day going to franks I guess good help is very hard to find .

Not only did they have the tire that I needed but they rotated and balanced as well, not sure if that was part of the price but I feel I was done fairly so thanks. It was a busy day at Frank's, process took approximately 45 mins - 1 hr, the employees were professional. They made a believer out of me, will be returning for car repairs.
