I had a great experience buying my 2021 Coachmen 324 travel trailer from Robert Stevens at Camping World. From the start, Robert was friendly, patient, and really knew his stuff. He listened to what I wanted, walked me through several options, and helped me find the perfect fit without ever trying to upsell or pressure me. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left the lot. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, which made the purchase a lot easier than I expected. If you’re thinking about buying an RV or travel trailer, I highly recommend asking for Robert Stevens. He made the experience enjoyable, stress-free, and professional from start to finish.

Let’s just say camping world from The top down is terrible. I bought a camper for 84k this past summer. 90k if you add in the extra warranty. I was told it was new, never owned by anyone except a dealership they bought out. The first time I plugged it in the electrical didn’t work so I had to haul it back in. I had to assist the slide out in because it was pinching so bad it would not retract. I notified camping world of the issues. I got the electrical fixed, great they accomplished one thing and one thing only. That was the extent of their service and I still had to pay for that even with the extended service plan. Now I’ve had a camper at an rv resort for 4 months waiting for the slide out to be fixed so I can move it. After 3 months of being lied to camping world finally admitted that they didn’t actually have anyone qualified to fix the slide out. Now I’m several thousands of dollars into lot rent with a camper I can’t move or used because it stinks of mold. Oh didn’t I tell you? All the slide outs were rotten. The roof on the bedroom slide out was non existent. It was so rotted that there is nothing holding the membrane up. The floor on the main slide out had mushrooms growing out of it. When goodsam came out, after camping world quit lying about having a qualified service department, they said the floor was so rotten they couldn’t do anything to help us. That’s just the structural issues, the inside has 10x that. This company will conceal anything and everything. Deceptive business practice is what they teach. I even emailed the owner of the company, he passed it along to Amber who is their regional person and right off the get go she emails and lies about my phone number not working. I emailed back and looked at the original email to verify it was correct. Lies and deceit are all you will receive from this company. You have been warned!!

Absolutely ridiculous that they will not let you look at rvs without first setting down with a salesman. To talk about what you are looking for when you don’t know what you’re looking for. Will never be back.

They refused to let me look at a unit without filling out a form with my name, phone # and email. I will be happy to give my info if they have something I'm interested in, but I will not be datamined for no reason. I have been to other dealers including another Camping World without this requirement. I will shop elsewhere.

We sold our Jayco Class A to Camping World and it was a very straightforward experience. The offer was reasonable and Kelly is a total professional. Very satisfied and highly recommended.
