- MHMaria HouserSep 27, 20251.0We had a Hub shatter on our Trailer I called because I was referred... I called spoke to the gentleman he said I needed to make it there before 5:30 cuz he was closing I got there before they closed got the hub kit went back to our trailer it did not fit the next day I went back to see if we can get help to possibly put it on he had no nobody on duty to help us so we ended up going to space Coast trailers and cocoa on Cox road super nice people very attentive really helped us got what we needed we're back on the road. We will never return to Bob Case for anything not even a bolt or anything the guy was rude when he saw us I called and spoke to a lady yesterday asking if I can return the part she said yes I get there today and the same jerk wanted to charge me 6% to return my item that I bought that's just crazy how can you do people like that. No customer service experience at all.

Also ladies, at no point in time was I treated with disrespect or ignorance. 😊 Travis and Bobby did excellent work, efficiently!
- S3Surfbum 365Aug 14, 20251.0We took our trailer in to replace the bunk brackets, my husband talked to Bill back and forth for about a week, sending pics, discussing the best way and time to bring it in. The guy was super friendly, made you feel like he was a good guy. He even reasured my husband he'd take good care of us. He quoted us around $120 to do this. We had already bought the brackets, we just needed them installed so we figured the price was fair. When we came to pick up the trailer he hands us the invoice for $561! He went from this really nice guy on the phone to a complete jerk and accusing me of lying about the quote! I'm very disappointed because we have another trailer we use for our lawn business and we were going to go back to them for some repairs. NO WAY! Next time I'll get a quote in writing. Just proves there are no nice people anymore and ripping people off is so easy for some. I highly recommend going somewhere else and always get a written estimate.
