I called spoke to the gentleman he said I needed to make it there before 5:30 cuz he was closing I got there before they closed got the hub kit went back to our trailer it did not fit the next day I went back to see if we can get help to possibly put it on he had no nobody on duty to help us so we ended up going to space Coast trailers and cocoa on Cox road super nice people very attentive really helped us got what we needed we're back on the road. We will never return to Bob Case for anything not even a bolt or anything the guy was rude when he saw us I called and spoke to a lady yesterday asking if I can return the part she said yes I get there today and the same jerk wanted to charge me 6% to return my item that I bought that's just crazy how can you do people like that. No customer service experience at all.
