After 3 1/2 hours driving back and forth I feel like they wasted my time because I had called and they said it was ready. Then they call us after we got mad and left and offer a different car. We were told then that normally a car isn't cleaned up until after you sign the papers. Does that sound like B.S. or bait and switch. Really Will never do business with people we can't trust. 5 people involved so not just one bad person. I'm embarrassed they thought we are that stupid. I'll go on every website in the villages and let them know not to do business with Reed.
