    I bought a vehicle from this dealership in August 2025. It was a mistake. The finance guy talked me into a warranty even though I told him I didn’t want one. Less than two weeks later, I signed the paper to cancel that warranty. Here we are in 2026 and I have yet to see my refund. I’ve gotten nothing but the run-around from everyone that I speak to there via phone or in person. They are only helpful BEFORE you sign for the car. After that, there is no help to be had. Oh and they said I would get one free oil change, then marked it in my records that it was completed although vehicle was not serviced or even in the same town on the day they said they serviced it. Choose another dealership; there are plenty of others.

    Folks, you need to show the same enthusiasm when checking in for a service while checking out. I serviced my telluride almost 8 times with you and 7/8 times I never get an update if the service was completed. I have to constantly make calls or drive directly to the dealership to check if the car is ready. This is really frustrating since I almost end up picking the car the next day after service since nobody updates me the status of the service. This has been an experience pretty much with all advisors. I guess only once or twice out of 8 times I was called to let me know the car was ready.

    EDIT: I have emailed the customer service email that has replied to this review two days ago, and no reply yet! Scam. Isaac the finance Director will do anything to scam you. I bought a new car here in September. Dealer was wonderful. Manager was visibly annoyed that I asked for a lower price. They wore me down by making me wait 3 hours to get into a room with Isaac, the finance director. Isaac talked me into two warranties but worded it as such that it was one. I later found out that many of the features bundled in these warranties were already included with my car. (My fault) Luckily, they're still refundable. However, Isaac and the finance department seemingly have no interest in honoring the terms of the refund. What was originally quoted as 8 weeks has turned into almost 4 months of missing over $6,000. Advice: If you buy a car here, hold firm to the price you'd like to walk out the door with. Ignore Isaac's tactics to purchase the additional warranties. Walk out the door with the agreed upon price, and that's it.

    Made a service appointment for today at 9:00 a.m. spoke with somebody from the service department who I advised I needed to schedule the second service. They then verified I did not purchase the vehicle from the Clermont location and that I purchased it from the Leesburg Kia which is owned by the same person. She then verified what service needed to be done and advised me it would be free of charge. I arrived this morning for my appointment and right out the gate. I am quoted $1,000 for a service. I immediately told the service advisor ( Marshal ) that I would not be doing anything extra and that I was told it would be free. He then told me nothing is free especially when you didn't buy the car from us. I then told him I would like to cancel my appointment and he immediately got an attitude. I called Kia of Leesburg who said it shouldn't have been an issue and they will fit me in today. So now I'm now on my way to get the vehicle serviced. I would not recommend this location to anybody based off of my experience today with the service department. I will not be back nor will I attempt to have my vehicle serviced at this location.

    To say that we are disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. We brought our less than 1 year old kia in for routine maintenance and got everything recommended for the 15,000 mile service (including alignment diagnostic). They said we needed an alignment. We agreed, though it seemed to drive fine. When we picked it up it pulled drastically to the right. To make a long story short, after they had the car nearly six weeks and telling us 5 times the car was fixed, our alignment is still pulling significantly to the right. We wasted a tremendous amount of time and money and have a car that’s is in worse shape than we brought it in. They say a lot but do nothing. I am frustrated and furious. This is unacceptable but their actions show they don’t care and there is zero accountability in their service department.
