- JRJenn RunyanOct 31, 20251.0We went in on Wednesday to look at a couple of units. We've been fulltime for 6 1/2 years. I let them know up front I would not be buying today, that it was the beginning process and that I just started looking. We were given a new guy, Cody, who has a ton to learn about the industry, typically people traveling in a 5th wheel, looking at 5th wheels don't want destination trailers or travel trailers, but everybody starts somewhere. After the sales table presentation where I declined more than once, I asked them to email me the sheet to evaluate my camper. I'm not making a move until I have that done and know what it's worth, I stated I started a new job and cannot answer the phone, please do NOT call me, email me. By 10:15am on Thursday I had 2 missed calls, 2 voicemails and an email. I emailed him towards the end of the day and said thank you, but no thank you. We will go elsewhere because you didn't do what I requested, he immediately called and left another voicemail. I have a few more emails today and just had 3 calls in a row. Cody - you are terrible. This is completely unacceptable, if I was ready to move forward today there is no earthly way I would come back and work with you. Ever.
