- DKDawn KennedyJan 2, 20265.0Called the Clermont Camper World. Spoke to Julian in Parts. He was very kind and helpful. So much so that instead of going to a closer location, we drove to his location. Everyone in the parts department were very helpful including Adrian and the manager Chris. This experience was a refreshing surprise. Over the past couple of years we have avoided going to any of the Camper Worlds. They would make you feel like you were an inconvenience and their attitude was if they didn’t have the item, “Oh well, sorry for your luck.” These three were very customer service oriented. Great customer service goes a LONG way. Do not get rid of these three, they are a great asset and representative for your company.
- JTJoanne ThenDec 28, 20251.0I would never ever ever ever recommend camping world to anyone interested in purchasing a rv especially the one in Clermont. They are lairs and crooks, Luis and Frankie should be fired. They sold me a lemon, the plumbing lines were cut there are dead wires in the rv which they lied and covered that up to. When I first did the walk thru the rv was connected to city lines so of course everything looked good. But then when I went go fill up my tanks my whole storage area flooded because the lines where literally cut, I had to pay a plumber to fix it because camping world wouldn’t help, they also must of did a easy patch on the bathroom plumbing because now the water is coming out of the walls underneath the shower pan and the vanity, they act like I went and bought a 5-10k junk I am paying 36 grand for this thing only for it to fall apart when it hasn’t even been a year. I will be going to corporate of camping world and Jayco, Jayco is one or the he top lines and they should know what kind of company is associated with their product. I have emailed camping world and they just stopped replying, I’ve called them and they never call me back so now I’m moving up to corporate. This has been a stressful experience and the employees from Clermont camping world have no empathy and show lack of concern
