- NTNatalie ThomasFeb 25, 20231.0Car was towed. Called number and was not given the address of the actual location of my car to pick up. When I went to pay my credit card was photographed on a phone in order to pay. No idea what will happen to my credit card info now, need to cancel my card now.

It was a Saturday in an unbusy area near Cappy's in St. Pete. I was having a great holiday weekend and was happy to see family and jumped out and didn't realize the owners of the lot didn't want anyone parking there when there was literally nothing else going on in the area. My bad. But just because you are doing your job doesn't make you not predatory scum. Any city you go to...there are towing companies and they are all the same...raking in money and saying they are just doing their job...the drivers are...and they take the brunt of the criticism...while their bosses rake in easy money. Towing companies are akin to organized crime.
- JFJamie FMar 1, 20175.0Just a few days ago my car had broken down at 11pm in a dangerous neighborhood in the St. Pete area. Being a small framed female I was nervous to be stuck there by myself. I had used this towing company before for a previous issue a few years ago and i must say it is always pleasant experience. The gentleman who assisted me (who helped me last time) was there within 10 minutes! Just like last time. I'm taking my time to write this review because I really do appreciate the service I had received. He was extremely helpful, super kind and professional. I usually do not take my time to write reviews but it needs to be said. These guys are awesome and I will never use another towing company.
