- LHLucas HMay 19, 20241.0I can not express how absolutely unacceptable my experience with this shop was. It started out promising but after 8 months of having my car and not even completing half of the requested services, I just needed my car back and out of the shop. There was a discrepancy with the final amount owed and when I spoke with the owner prior to pick up he said "we would come to an agreement." On the day of pick up while trying to figure out what that agreement would look like. Rodney became belligerent beyond reason. Within 5 minutes of the discussion he began screaming, swearing, name calling, and then even threatened physical violence against myself as well as the friend who was dropping me off to pick up my car. I would go into specifics about what was said but the comment would quickly be taken down by Google. He was vial, bigoted, and quite frankly unhinged. He also began to verbally attack us because we are active duty military and "just collect a government check." It got to a point that his mechanics had to intervene and restrain him. To the two mechanics who were professional, level headed, and tried to deescalate the situation, I really appreciate you and please find work elsewhere. If this is how Rodney treats customers I can not imagine how he treats employees.
