Scheduled service for my 2020 VW Jetta. I usually receive a video of the work done and the findings. Not this time. Still with the extended warranty purchased, it is a 50.00 deductible for service that would have been about 500.00. The service people are all very courteous. The shuttle is excellent. Drop me back at home and pick me up when the car is ready.

I've gone here twice since getting my 2024 Jetta and both times I came in it was for just routine oil changes but they made it a point to also check on other aspects of the car. They are communicative, and really care about the safety and overall condition of the car. The service team is great!

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this VW dealer. During an oil change visit, I reported a vibration issue. I was told that a Road Force balancing was needed and that it would take 2–2.5 hours. Based on that, I made an appointment for the next time. I arrived on time (10-30am), left the car, and once again was clearly told that the service would take 2–2.5 hours. Trusting this, I went to a nearby restaurant and then for a walk along the waterfront. When I came back 2 hours later, I was shocked to hear that absolutely nothing had been done. Those 2 hours were spent doing nothing but moving my car to the back parking lot. When I asked why no work had been started, I was told: “The 2–2.5 hours start from the moment the car is moved into the service bay.” This raises a very simple and serious question: What is the point of making an appointment at all? What is the point of being told “it will take 2–2.5 hours” if the car can just sit on a parking lot indefinitely? By their logic, my car could sit for a month on their lot, and only once they decide to move it into the service area would the “2–2.5 hours” magically begin. This is a complete waste of the customer’s time, misleading communication, and unacceptable service experience. If you tell a customer a job will take 2–2.5 hours and schedule an appointment, the work should actually start, not just the parking process. I asked to get my car back immediately since nothing had been done. This dealership clearly does not respect customers’ time, and I will think twice before ever coming back or recommending them to anyone.

I am completely satisfied with all the staff at the Bob Boast Volkswagen in Bradenton. Brad and Fernando are awesome during the whole process. The car is amazing. We bought 2026 Atlas and I am impressed with the car. Thank you 🙏 Brad and Fernando for all your assistance.

We showed up ready to buy a certified pre-owned Atlas… cash in hand, trade-in ready, whole family with us. Honestly, we thought it would be simple. But not with Tony. From the beginning, he insisted we had to finance because “that’s their policy.” No offer to step inside, no water, nothing. Just us standing outside in the heat while he kept dodging basic questions. All we wanted—literally—was to see the paperwork. And after asking multiple times, he still danced around it. Then suddenly he changed his tune: “Well, maybe we can do cash,” even though he’d called me for days acting like financing was the only option. It almost felt like he thought we wouldn’t notice the back-and-forth. Maybe he thought we were easy targets. We’re not. The whole thing felt like a runaround instead of a normal car-buying experience. And I’m pretty sure after I post this, their social media team will drop one of those copy-paste “Thank you for your feedback” replies. Honestly, they should be glad I wasn’t recording the whole thing, because it would’ve looked even worse in video.
