  I would give no stars if I could but you must leave at least one star to post.this was by far the worst experience I've ever had with this car and I've owned it for 42 years. I went to tint world to have my 71 Plymouth roadrunner vinyl wrap. There price was a little higher than other quotes but I wanted to use a reputable shop I was told that I had to use there wrap or it would not be warranted. So I picked a color that I was ok with. And brought my car there to have it done. After they started the job I was told that I would have to get more wrap to finish the job. This now put the price way over what I would have spent. Plus they marked up the roll of wrap 300% wow... I picked up the car on July 3rd and was not happy with the job a good wrap job should look seamless there was big seams everywhere. I took it home against my better judgement but the next day was the 4,th and I was going on vacation right after the holiday. They said that Tony would call me when he got back to figure out how to fix it. I took the car home and put it away. The next day I had people over for the holiday and they wanted to see the car I uncovered it and had a heart attack.. the wrap bubbled- peeled -lifted and shrunk all over the place... I contacted tint world the next business day. And again was told that Tony would be in touch. I waited 2 days and then I called tint world corporate headquarters and they told me I have to deal with the store.. then I finally got a call from Tony telling me that they will not redo it or refund my my $8200. But to bring the car back and they will try and reheat and stretch it back and put some adhesive to try and make it stick better. So I went two 3 other auto wrap business and showed them and all three said no way that that can be fixed.it needs to be redone.it is also all over the Internet that you can't stretch out your wrap it changes the color of wrap in that area. So I stopped down at tint world and a female who I never saw before looked at me and left me standing at the counter for so long while she talked on the phone it wasn't till I went to walk out that she asked what I Wanted I told her that my wrap need to be fixed and that Tony knew about it. She rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. And left me standing there for at least 15 more minutes. And said they weren't going to do anything. So thing got ugly from there and then she told me to take my bla bla and get out of the store.... Wait a minute I'm the customer who paid and is unhappy and I'm be treated like dirt on top of that!!!! I later found out that she is the owner!!! Wow unbelievable... Do not use tint world unless you want this to happen to you.... I have plenty of pictures to back up my story if anyone wants to see the work that they do.

  Horrible company! They hire the most unprofessional people to run their stores and then blame the customer when the egregious behavior gets reported. I guess it’s the customer’s fault that store managers are rude over the phone.

  The reason I chose Tint World is that they treat you like family. I felt very welcomed during Discovery Day. Charles is so passionate with Tint World and it shows on how Tint World is growing. Keep up the good work.
