  I never write reviews but Misty deserves my praise and recognition because you don’t find people like her everyday. I was wowed by her **incredible customer serv. Her positive attitude, patience, and genuine willingness to help quite literally **saved my family vacation**, and I am so thankful for her. After calling several places and searching online, I was repeatedly told that I would need to charge my RV battery for over **8 hours** just to lift the legs on my 5th wheel. My **battery was completely dead**, and even **Good Sam Elite Tech customer service** told me there was no quick solution. I was stressed, frustrated, and running out of options. Then I spoke with Misty. In just a few minutes, she calmly explained how to fix the problem in **about 5 minutes**, even with a dead battery, and without needing any of what I had been told before. Her knowledge and confidence immediately put me at ease—and she was absolutely right. What makes this even more impressive is that I wasn’t even purchasing anything from the store, and she had never met me before. Yet she treated me with kindness, care, and professionalism, as if I were her top priority. Misty is a true asset to any company, extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to helping others. If she’s not already part of a customer service leadership team, she absolutely deserves recognition and promotion. Thank you so much, Misty 😊 You made a huge difference for my family!

  How can you put Marcus lemonis on Fox outnumbered prime TV for him to talk when he can't even get the company he owns camping world to get their act together and stop lying about their product I've had multiple problems with camping world over the years and once again they lied about my camper and I had to put money to get the door fixed piping issues fixed and they tell me that to lie about it I've even got them lying themselves on a claim insurance from my first camper that I bought from them years ago about my camper was supposed to have been taken out by a hurricane but there's no hurricanes in December down in Florida but their managers lied to the insurance company about it but of course Marcus don't care has never reached out to me about his company lying I have a camper now that is falling apart they're put together like crap I should have never bought another one from camping world too bad Marcus doesn't reach out fix the issues that he's got at camping world instead of going on Fox outnumbered and talking stupid stuff on TV

  Asked them NOT to pull my credit and they do it anyways!!! I worked hard at getting my scores up… and they hand NO respect for my decision… NOT HOW TO GAIN ANOTHER CUSTOMER, now is it..??? I call BS smh in MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT… that’s a lack of respect for wanting someone’s business… THAT IS THE 2nd time they pulled this BS with me… but yet claim you want my business and will wait for my ok… did they?? SURELY DID NOT..!! Very, very sad… Guess my decision has been made FOR ME…

  I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve waited six months for them to fix my awning, and not once have they communicated any meaningful update. I even took a day off work for the scheduled repair, only for them to show up with two mismatched arms and the wrong awning entirely. They never return calls unless you escalate to a manager. This is, without question, the worst Camping World location I’ve ever dealt with, and I will never do business with them again. My awning is still torn and being held together with nothing but zip ties.
