We decided to go to bartow camping world to look at a few and we met Donnie. He was more then helpful and took the time to show us around and showed us a few before we decided. We found the coleman 23b that fit our needs and had room for the kids to have their own space the process from start to finish was smooth. Took it out this past weekend and had a blast.

- CGCORAZON GONZALESSep 26, 20251.0Do not make a mistake of purchasing your RV from this dealership. They are angels before they close the sale and the polar opposite once the deal has been signed. Very sketchy sales tactics. They all LIE! Damages on the RV found a few mins after the sale was closed was never addressed even after numerous follow-up. Tried to see my unit before delivery but I was told it was already in transit. The next day I found out from the logistics company that it has not been moved yet and he is picking it up at Bartow. So we came to check the unit- it was dirty inside out. A lock on the storage is broken, the rusting issue I raised was not fixed even after the Sales guy Luis Alejandre told me it’s been fixed. Today, my trailer was pick up and the driver informed me of a dent that was not there yesterday. I spoke to Julia and who was very rude and insisted that she doesn’t know what happened after I saw it yesterday coz the dent was not there yesterday. She was extremely rude and just told me off with- the sales manager will call you. Mind you, she said the same thing about the rusting and no one called me about it. Save your time and money, go else where. Avoid this dealership at all cost. They are professional scammers. If none of my issues gets fixed. They will hear from my lawyer next.
