  Very friendly and understanding to help my family during two different instances. They are also very knowledgeable about the area to help guide us for local rules and regulations for after our tow.

  Absolute rip off to charge $100 for a battery jump when they were under a mile away. Pick any other tow service if you can.

  I would love to give the rude gentleman who towed my vehicle absolutely zero stars . Oh and to the NewCastle County Police u should be ashamed dealing with these crooks. I have my own insurance company and yet the cops went above me and called these minions to tow my vehicle. Complete bullshit. This company (the driver and the office staff) didn’t care much of customer’s request and their whole attitude just sucked. I asked for him to unload my totaled vehicle (I’m unable to even start it to move myself) in a grassy area near my driveway on my property. I asked him to do this few times and just out right ignored me and gave me attitude .hen when my husband asked him to please move the vehicle out of driveway he said we could just do it ourselves because he said he wasn’t able to move it now because of the steering problems (lol) then drove off and left. So idk how the world we are supposed to move it if steering isnt working DUH! I’ve never dealt with such an arrogant tow truck driver in my life. What’s worse is when I reached out to the main office I was told they would try to contact drive and ask them to come back. Like are you serious No they need to come back period. This establishment will be the very last place I ever contact for a tow truck driver. Hope future customers have better outcome then I did.

  Had a breakdown this morning, called Reynolds... They answered on the first ring, the dispatcher was as nice, polite, professional and informative as can be. He told me exactly what time the driver would arrive (which was within 30 minutes, and the car was 15 miles from Reynolds). The driver arrived, right on time... again just like the dispatcher he was, nice, polite, informative and very helpful. He confirmed everything very clearly (where to tow it, contact info etc). Within 5 minutes he had my car on the flatbed and was on the way to the shop. The breakdown happened 3 hours ago and the car is already fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend Reynolds to anyone!
