- KSKristina SchoenOct 13, 20251.0Wished we had saw the previous review before parking here. We had to make an event close by and was unfamiliar with city. So finding a parking garage was refreshing. Until we realize trying to get back to it, they closed the garage. No access to our vehicle or ride home which was hours away. We called the # on the sign and they told us to come back 7am the next morning. The signage for operating hours was not visible enough hince why folks are making the mistake of using this garage. The sign also states call to have your vehicle released. The person answering the does NOT have the capacity to do so. Worst experience ever! We had to Lift somewhere for sleep, Lift back to pay to our vehicle back. THEN PAY!...twice as much than what we originally would have for a few hours. This is not an ethical businesses in my opinion.
