  Booked this location on Spothero for $15 til 11:30pm on a weeknight for an Arena event, then saw all kinds of conflicting information about the garage closing time, including on Spothero itself. So I called the garage directly and asked if they'd be open at 11:30. The answer? "Yes" I asked is there a cutoff time beyond which the door will be closed? The guy was hard to understand, but eventually said the door will be closed at 11:30 and I'd have to call the number. From Google streetview and from another customer review, I know there's a charge for that, anywhere from $25 to 50. So I ask the guy if there's a charge if I have to call the number. He had seemed bothered and mumbled some non-answer, and I thanked him for his time. Bye-bye $15, I will always cherish the time we spent together.

  No clear signage that garage is closed at 7…on a Friday night! Had to pay a $50 fee PER CAR to get our car out. Along with three other couples. CLEARLY this is an issue and instead of correcting it, they’d prefer instead to collect the bogus fee. Do not use this garage, on evenings at least, take your business elsewhere!

  We reserved a spot from 4:30-10:30pm for the Disney On Ice show. When we arrived we were informed that, despite having the confirmation receipt from their company, they would be closing by 9pm. The parking attendant refused to acknowledge the sign in front which stated that they are open until 11:00pm and would not acknowledge the validity of the electronic receipt proving that the company had agreed to provide parking until 10:30. The patron in front of us, with the exact same issue, asked to speak to a manager. The manager did not pick up the phone. When leaving, the parking attendant had issues with checking people out as well. I would not recommend this place if you need reliable hours. The garage itself was clean, seemingly safe, and had plenty of open spots. The parking garage next door had very helpful attendants, albeit more expensive.
