To make matters worse, many people used spot hero, which was not honored, delaying everyone further. It took about 45 minutes for 20 cars to leave the garage because every single parking pass would not open the exit gate. Completely insane

However, when you call, it sends you to a third party which then transfers you to someone's number who never picks up. I've gotten my car stuck in there for days just because I couldn't get ahold of anyone. This happened multiple times throughout the summer. There are a lot better quality garages with better service for the same monthly parking price. Avoid at all costs.
