I signed up for a monthly agreement, but it is impossible to find an available parking spot. Spots are narrow and there ids no manager or staff on site. The machine is always broken and at times it can take over 30 minutes just to leave because there is only one machine to exit and there are often issues. Awful parking experience. Do not recommend. Very poorly managed and also dirty for being so expensive.

- JHJacob HareJul 19, 20221.0My biggest complaint about it is the lack of customer service. There is no employees ever on site, so when you get stuck you have to call the number posted. However, when you call, it sends you to a third party which then transfers you to someone's number who never picks up. I've gotten my car stuck in there for days just because I couldn't get ahold of anyone. This happened multiple times throughout the summer. There are a lot better quality garages with better service for the same monthly parking price. Avoid at all costs.
