- WWWilliam WrightJul 13, 20251.0Terrible experience. This garage traps you inside or outside with a fence that only opens for vehicles, no elevators, no stairs, no pedestrian gate. We got stuck and had to get a refund through SpotHero. Another group could only retrieve their car because we happened to be leaving. Avoid this place and choose literally any other garage in D.C.
- BBBenApr 5, 20253.0Probably the smallest parking garage I've ever parked in. Do not recommend for bigger vehicles. Navigating in and out is difficult, just hope you don't run into another vehicle. Exiting is weird, you have to walk up the ramp the way you drove in. Id suggest saving yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
