  Terrible experience. This garage traps you inside or outside with a fence that only opens for vehicles, no elevators, no stairs, no pedestrian gate. We got stuck and had to get a refund through SpotHero. Another group could only retrieve their car because we happened to be leaving. Avoid this place and choose literally any other garage in D.C.

  I've never seen a more confusing entry system. It specifically says to not scan at the entrance if the door is up and instead scan the qr code inside the garage after you park. I tried that but after tyring to add a payment method using the qr inside the garage, it told me I didn't have a session. To start a session I had to scan the entrance qr and wait for a text with a session link. Then I was able to use the in garage qr to add a payment method Then after all of that, I got a text 2 hours later saying that I left the garage and my session had ended which meant I needed to walk back to the garage and move my car to avoid being towed. At no point during the session setup did it ask me to enter my license Plate or anything, so I have no idea how it determined that I had exited. Worst parking garage experience I've ever had. Don't use them

  The website says it is a 24/7 operation. When I arrived at 5pm for an evening event I was lucky to see a sign announcing that the overhead door is open for car retrieval only until 6pm. So you can park 24/7, but you can only retrieve your car until 6pm. As another reviewer noted, the garage is not staffed and the procedure to get start and end your parking session is something which Rube Goldberg would have been proud to create. You have to scan QR codes, send text messages, enter info on websites, wait for messages that never come. Additionally, for parkers who do not have a building access pass the only way out of the garage (or back in) is to walk up and down the narrow vehicle ramp when being careful not to bang your head on any of the several pipes and bars that are about five and a half feet high.
