    'Early Bird' parking rate Advertising is misleading. They advertise $15, but then charged me $23. I will never parking there again.

    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH TO FIND A BETTER PARKING GARAGE. Worst experience ever… there are no instructions that shows where you can park your car. I am so glad we did not hand our key to the attendant like previous commenters. After checking into our hotel we needed go back to our car to get our luggage and personal belongings. There was again no instructions how to go down to the garage. Well, it seems pretty basic but imagine elevator buttons not functioning and stairways like a tunnel with door locked. We made the mistake of asking help from the security of the building after trying to find our way around 15 minutes. He was rude and could not speak basic English so communication was tough. He kept on murmuring “push the button for 2C floor”well that button is not working without a fob. After struggling 30 minutes! another family joined the party. After trying to find our way for another 10 minutes together he finally KINDLY! agreed to help us and used his fob to push ONE BUTTON of the elevator that takes you directly to the garage which HE COULD HAVE DONE 45 MINUTES AGO! Imagine getting lost in a building trying to find your way to your car for 45 minutes. Next day was a Sunday and we were so stressed to go back to the garage. This time we decided to ask the security to use his fob because we did not have time to waste. Well, this time there was NO SECURITY, ALL DOORS TO GARAGE IS LOCKED and we wasted another 30 minutes trying to find a solution. A lady with a fob helped us with the elevators, she saved the day. I honestly think it was a hidden camera joke or someone was playing mind games with us because there is NO EFFING EXPLANATION. We loved visiting DC but this Garage situation was unforeseen and totally unnecessary. Take your business elsewhere unless you enjoy an escape room experience in real life.

    No one was there to explain to me where I could park. Afterwards I couldn't get out of the building, all the doors were locked.
