- RRR RomeJul 19, 20192.0This lot is located beneath an office building, so entering and exiting the lot requires you to access the elevator in the lobby of the building. When leaving the lobby I specifically asked the person at the info desk what time they were scheduled to close. They told me 7:00 pm. I arrived back at the building just prior to 6:00 pm and the lobby doors were locked, with no sign of the info desk receptionist. With no way to get to the elevator, I had to go around the building and down the car ramp on foot to get to the garage. Additionally, the relatively small lot was attended by a less-than-friendly employee. I will be looking for an alternative parking lot next time around.
