- NANatalia AguilarMar 25, 20251.0Would not recommend. Came back after closing (my fault entirely). Did not see any signs for hours. A number was posted to call to open the garage for a $50 fee. The person on the line told me the didn’t have a key to the facility. I was then told to find security. There was none. I was then told to wait for someone to exit the garage so I could enter. No one was there so I was unable to get my car.
- SMSteven MJan 22, 20253.0My first time using this garage location but my experience with the services provided was convenient to what I needed and location. Located on the side of the building , a little hard to miss. Everything is done online but my only displeasure was setting up my stay online. Would not allow me to set my stay for over 3 days so I had to do everything on sight. The employee was nice and helped me set my stay. The garage uses cameras to take picture of you car and plate, then a text message will be sent to your phone to set your profile and stay, and lastly you will be charged at the end of your stay electronically. Overall good experience and convenient garage, and up to date with payment system. Not the old ticket and pay way.
