Signage was unclear and the security arm was lifted purposely to encourage people to park. This company is greedy and unhelpful. Spare yourself the fees and park on the street!!!!

Located on the side of the building , a little hard to miss. Everything is done online but my only displeasure was setting up my stay online. Would not allow me to set my stay for over 3 days so I had to do everything on sight. The employee was nice and helped me set my stay. The garage uses cameras to take picture of you car and plate, then a text message will be sent to your phone to set your profile and stay, and lastly you will be charged at the end of your stay electronically. Overall good experience and convenient garage, and up to date with payment system. Not the old ticket and pay way.
