  I reserved a parking spot at 8am for 10:30am. When we got there at 11:30, there was a sign saying the lot was full. The barrier is automatic, so we drove through, thinking it would be fine since we had a reservation. The attendant was sitting behind the barrier and only told us after we were inside that the lot was full — no matter if we had a reservation or not. They didn’t help or apologize and acted like we were in the wrong place, which we weren’t. We spent about five minutes trying to explain we had a reservation and asking what to do. Instead, we were treated like we didn’t know what we were talking about. When we left, we got charged again through my husband’s account because his phone number was linked to the barrier system. This shouldn’t have happened because the reservation said the cameras would recognize our number plate, so we only needed to drive through without extra charges. Because of their negligence and incompetence, we ended up paying around $35 more than we should have — between the extra charge to my husband’s account and the cost of parking in another lot. We are not asking for a refund of the original reservation fee, but the owner should cover these additional costs caused by their failure to provide the service we paid for. What’s the point of offering reservations if you’re not going to hold the space? It feels like first come, first served no matter what. Completely unacceptable and a pointless service if that is the case.

  We reserved a spot here at 8am this morning and paid the reservation fee, only to show up there at 10 and be turned away by an employee because apparently the garage was full, but not before passing the gate and being charged again just for entering, so we ended up paying twice for a parking spot we didn't get to use.

  This garage itself is great! Clean and accessible. What rates less than the 1 star I am forced to give is it's attendant, Danny. He is a rude and discourteous person. He is disrespectful to women mostly but also men. He should not be in the position of dealing with the public until he learns how to treat people. I have reported him to my company. There have been complaints against him registered and his direct management continues to allow this behavior. Maybe a letter to SP+ corporate will get some results...
