Google map indicates it should be open on Saturday, but it’s closed and the security is an AI that only makes people mad. See the stupid conversation happened at 2pm on Oct 19, 2024. I: Hello, can I enter the garage? Security: The gate is closed. I: Is the garage closed today? Security: The gate is closed. I: Can I park in this garage? Security: Are you a monthly member? I: No. Can I park here? Security: The gate is closed. I: Is the garage closed today or every Saturday or Sunday? Security: The gate is closed. I: Is the garage closed today or every weekend? Security: The gate is closed. I: I get your point I cannot park here today. Okay. The security never confirmed whether the garage was closed or it was an open garage with a closed gate. He also refused to give me any information whether it’s abnormally closed today or commonly closed every weekend. I have no way to know which days in the future the garage can be open, given the conflict between online hours info and the reality. I won’t try this garage again with unknown opening hours and AI security.
- CCCHR1SMay 15, 20184.0I've parked here many times when I've had to work at the Capital or Capital Office Buildings (North of Mall.) The elevator dumps you out into a beautiful bldg Lobby. The entrance is by a nice cafeteria. 5 hours was $25 on a Tuesday. There are cheaper Lots in DC but you're paying extra for the proximity. Seems clean and safe enough and there were lot attendants and/or valets on different levels that were very helpful. Only 4 stars due to high price.
