  Was charged $17 for parking after spending *$450.00* at Safeway, where validated parking for this garage was supposed to be free within 90 minutes. There is NO prorating or in between and NO exceptions. This is ridiculous and predatory. I finished my shopping in less than 90 minutes, but still had to wait at least 10 minutes in the only line available to me to cash out with a human, another 10 minutes getting rung up, then taking the slow elevator down to my car, loading it up, and putting the cart away. I was shocked when I saw the $17 charge after I validated, not realizing I had just missed the cutoff. The parking attendant looked at my ticket and told me I was “a few minutes late” and refused to do anything. This is INSANE and extremely PREDATORY. You’re punishing people for spending more money? This is a problem with both Safeway and the garage. Have more registers manned so we can get out quicker. Have a better arrangement with the garage - 2 hours, or at least prorate any extra time, or empower the attendants to let you out if you’re just within a couple minutes. If you doubt we actually spent this much time buying groceries, we can literally bring receipts. So many ways you could make this make sense. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m never coming back here again. I don’t care if fire is raining from the sky and running into that garage is my only shelter. SHAME ON YOU.

  These guys crashed my Tesla rental at the Mayflower Autograph in DC, on a day that I didn’t even use the car!!! Lost the last two days of the rental and the car is still sitting in front of the hotel after trying to get it towed for 8 hours!! I have been waiting all day from a call from the manager and haven’t heard a peep!! Guess they don’t care if they crash your car!!!

  I was only 4 minutes after my 90 minutes stamp/ validation with safeway store bill and instead $ 14.00 for an hour extra charge, I was charged $25.00 for a full day parking. The parking agent was very rude and after the charge he suggest to call the menager. The number on their website is invalid number, there is no option to leave a message so I'll contact some government agencies to follow on this company and on their licencing. They do not deserve even one star review.
