  Drivers beware, especially if you are there for the EV charging! They promote 30 minutes complimentary parking for EV charging. However, patrons have no way of knowing if they validate those 30 minutes, since the attendants are supposed to do it when you park at the chanrging stations. On my last two consecutive visits, I was neither validated for the 30 minutes, and on top of that, I was charged for a full day's worth of parking both times, even though I was only there for 32 minutes and 49 minutes respectively (over $50 dollars in total). Since you do not know how much you will be charged until you exit the garage, I didn;t realize this until I got home and checked my statement. Otherwise, I would have returned and complained to the parking garage attendant. I reached out to their "customer service" and it's garbage. They just sent a canned response with no explanation saying after their "review", I still owed that amount, even though I shared screen shots of my charging sessions and receipts. I will never be parking here again. This place and their their management is a scam.

  Worst parking experience I ever had. $24 for 30 minutes, “dynamic” pricing AND they ask you to pay online BUT there is no cell service on the lower levels!!!

  29 minutes for $24.10. Also garage attendant was busy chatting on her phone and ignored me when I asked for elevator direction.

  Do not park in this parking structure under any circumstance, particularly if you plan to charge your vehicle for the advertised discount. I parked my vehicle for less than two hours and charged my vehicle at the electric charging station in order to take advantage of the advertised first thirty minutes free. Ultimately, this discount wasn’t even applied because of the amount of time I parked, and the combined cost of the parking fee, the charging fee and the idling fee was $75. I was shocked.

  I’ve never parked here, nor been to this area of DC. That didn’t stop Metropolis from charging my account for a 168hr 13min stay in this garage. Avoid parking areas run by this scam of a company! Currently waiting on some sort of refund, unless I need to push for a chargeback. What a scam.
