- JWJohnette Williams6 days ago1.0I just wanted to clean off my car, took it to this location back in December there was a guy at the entrance putting something on windshields as the cars went by, thought it was a bit strange for an automatic car wash but proceeded to allow him to do his job, and followed his instructions to position my car correctly... only when he went to put the soapy mop he hit my windshield with the hard part of the mop. Everything seemed okay until I came out the other side. I noticed my windshield had a huge crack going across it. I went to talk with the shop and this nice gentlemen helped and assured me corporate would do an investigation and get back to me. When I hadn't heard anything I called the number I found, I was given a different number to call only to be directed back to the first line— I have left a voicemail and emailed. Someone still hasn't got in contact with me, so here's my last ditch effort to have Mr. Sparkle customer support take notice before I escalate this further.
