- EHE E K M HJun 5, 20255.0I had an excellent experience this morning! We spilled three iced-lattes in the front, passenger floor a few weeks ago. Our own attempts at cleaning it, made things worse. Got the Carpet Detailing, and got the car back in under an hour sparkling inside and out, and smelling a lot better! Thank you!
- SSSim SohnApr 25, 20241.0Would never go back. Had a $250 gift certificate, they seemed less than thrilled to be working on my car. Recommended I just do the interior and go to the automatic wash down the street to avoid their brush tunnel (offered a voucher for this). Said they would clean and dress tires. They called me just and hour and a half later and told me it was ready. Showed up, and they didn’t clean the wheels/tires. Interior looked ok, but they didn’t even wash the rubber mats. I asked if I would have paid $250 for this service, and guy said it would have been $180. He didn’t offer me the difference in a credit, and never gave me the voucher for the free wash. By far the worst car detailing experience I ever received. Highly UNRECOMMENDED.
