I was previously told by the Honda dealership that I had cracked lower control arm bushings. I brought it to SAF-T, along with some other squealing noises that I have been hearing. They did an in-depth inspection and let me know that there was no issues with the bushings at all. The did however find a valve cover leak. Absolutely great communication and had my car turned around the same day. There is a reason why this place has almost 500 5 star reviews. I won’t take my cars anyplace else from now on. They have won me over with fair pricing, honesty, and communication.

Pricing for services was fair, and the communication between myself and the company for what was going on with my vehicle for updates was not terrible. However, I have to give 4 stars only because the issue that I came in for was not solved like they said. I had a radio issue in my vehicle (2020 Honda Pilot). An error message of "MOST net off" that would eliminate the function to use the radio (infotainment system) until the car was restarted. They had my vehicle for about a week, which was fine because that wasn't the only service I had being done, it was just the main one. I was assured the problem was resolved, unfortunately later that night of the day I received the vehicle, I got the message again. In no way I'm trying to bash the company and I'm sure they would want me to bring it back in to take another look, it is just that with my current schedule, I'm unable to leave the car again for multiple days because if how busy they are which I have no choice but to understand. I still would recommend using this place to others, mainly if they aren't in a hurry for their vehicle.
