  To start with we had an accident with our son's vehicle that involved a deer. The repair ultimately was completed satisfactory. So you would get your repairs done. The review really goes off the rails when we get to the customer service agent Scott that we were assigned. We dropped off the car in early December to be told it would take no more than 14 days, by Scott. He mentioned he probably wouldn't be here when we came to pick it up because he'd be on vacation so we would have to deal with the manager. This was a little odd but okay. At about 12 days we called to find out what the status was with the car and if we were still on track as Christmas was coming up we wanted to get it before Christmas if possible. To our surprise Scott answered the phone and said oh yes the car is almost done we're waiting for one part it may get done today or at the worst tomorrow. This would have put the car ready the day before Christmas. Scott said he would call and at the end of the day to let us know if it would be done or whether it would be the day before Christmas. Scott did not call, so we followed up the day before Christmas and we're told oh it's probably not going to be done today because we're leaving early at 2:00 p.m. it'll be done Friday I'll call you. Friday came and went no call from Scott, we called at the end of Friday and we're told it would be ready Monday he would give us a call. Monday came and went didn't hear anything from Scott so we called on Tuesday, Scott said oh yeah it's probably going to get done today I was just going to call you. Tuesday came and went we called at the end of the day Scott said oh it'll definitely be done tomorrow. It's now Wednesday the day before New Year's My wife called at 12:30 and Scott told us oh we're leaving at 2:00 the cars done you can pick it up before 2:00. My wife explain what we live about 45 minutes away and both of us are out of the house right now and we'd have to go back and get our son so we can get him to get the car. Fortunately we were able to make it work right before they closed. So net results it was closer to 4 weeks not two and if you have Scott as your case person I would look for another body shop or plan on getting no response.

  I have been going here for years. My wife and I picked up out chevy spark around a week ago after they replaced the radiator and a couple other parts after someone backed into us. On christmas eve while driving with my wife and son in the car I lost all power to the transmission at the 84-91 interchange. After having emergency services get us a tow which cost me 160 dollars. I opened the engine bay to find a vice grip. They left the vice grip attached to the transmission cooling line at the radiator. This vice grip let loose spraying fluid all over my engine emptying and burning out the cvt. The website claims overnight service number however their is just a voicmail... im glad they had thrusday friday saturday sunday off to enjoy their holiday after nearly killing my wife my child and myself on christmas eve and costing me 200 and the time with my family. My son was terrified.

  My car was hit and needed repair! My insurance company suggested Olender's. Work was done and the car looks brand new again!

  Over the last 20 years, any time I've had an auto accident, I've brought my cars to Olenders. Just recently, a deer ran into my car and Olenders seamlessly completed an estimate, scheduled my car, and repaired it beautifully. The customer service was top notch. It is a pleasure doing business with Olenders.

  Better than new work coming out of this place. These people are total professionals and experts in their field. I brought my vehicle to them to fix a botched up job by both Strong's Auto in South Windsor and Action Glass in East Windsor. And, boy did they fix it. They had to remove/reinstall the windshield, repair the metal-surround supporting the windshield, prime and paint it. The work they did was absolute perfection all around. I was so pleased. They came highly recommended and now I see why. I was told the work they do brings the vehicle back to brand new condition and that is the truth. After my experience with the above-mentioned garages, you truly learn to appreciate a garage of this caliber and the cost becomes irrelevant. You definitely get what you pay for and this garage deserves and earns every penny they earn. Thank you, Mike Abbott for your professionalism and patience with me as I know I was pretty upset with the terrible work the previous garages had done. You never once gave me the impression that my behavior was inappropriate. Olender's has real humans with heart and pride in their work. Refreshing.
