Angela was very knowledgeable on the products and options available. Also wanted to understand ours requirements in order to better match the car. Of course their job is sell a car with "extras" but at no time during our disucssions did I feel that this was overbearing or stressful. Angela created an environment that was open and allowed us to conclude on a purchase farily quickly. And their price was fair (I did compare to other locations as well)
