    I just purchased my second Mazda with Modern Mazda. I brought the Mazda I bought with them back in 2017 to trade in. There is a reason I went back: they do not gouge prices, they are a CPO seller, and I’ve never felt pressured or stressed when shopping or buying with them. This time I worked with Steve Duffy, who stayed late with me and my husband to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision after we left. He communicated with me via email and phone afterward to negotiate, and ultimately I have a new CPO Mazda and have had my second successful and pleasant buying experience with this dealership. Definitely recommend. Shoutout to the service department, as well. I had a small, warranty-covered issue shortly after buying and they got my car in quickly, were communicative by text throughout the repair process — even sending me a video of my car — and I couldn’t be happier. Always a great experience here. Thanks!

    I just got my first Mazda — the CX-5 — 3 days ago and I absolutely love it. It handles beautifully and is super comfortable inside with lots of space and great technology that is user-friendly and easy to use. More importantly, it was my Mazda experience that was truly extraordinary. I have had a 30-year relationship with GM that I found was lacking in both customer service and in recognizing the value of a loyal customer. I decided to spend time looking at several smaller SUVs. I did the research, I made appointments. Mazda was my first stop to speak with a sales rep and take a test drive. I’m so glad I didn’t waste another minute shopping around. As far as a sales experience, it was the single best one I’ve ever had. Steve Duffy was my sales specialist and I recommend him without hesitation. He could not have been more pleasant and explained in good detail the differences between their SUVs, ran some lease numbers for me right there, and we took the CX-5 out for a drive. No pressure — just informative, welcoming, friendly and 100% professional. If you are looking to make a change in the vehicle you drive, you owe it to yourself to call Modern Mazda and make an appointment with Steve. You have everything to gain! I WOULD GIVE STEVE AND MODERN MAZDA 10 STARS IF I COULD BECAUSE 5 STARS SEEMS WAY TOO LOW!

    My boyfriend went to Modern Mazda Dodge Ram and Fish was amazing throughout the whole experience. He wasn't the typical salesman - he truly wanted to connect with my boyfriend and I, not just to have him buy a car. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and my boyfriend is very happy with his new car!

    We bought our first 2018 Mazda 6 Signature at Modern Mazda, from the get go everyone was very professional & courteous. No pushy sales tactics or pressure, our sales specialist Larry was exceptional and so was GM Harold. They were willing to work with us on our budget and trade-in and in-fact gave us the best deal on the Mazda and our trade-in when compared to all the 6 dealers we visited in the CT area. Larry followed up with us after we bought the car and made sure we were happy with the purchase. Buying a car and visiting all these Mazda dealers over a span of 2 months was nerve racking but the minute we stepped in Modern Mazda, the whole ambience put me and my wife at ease which is why we bought the car. Thanks Guys
