- BSBrittany SDec 23, 20252.0I had made an appointment here days in advance and the person I spoke with was really nice and explained the process and the amount. I brought my vehicle a few minutes early for Jose to tell me about an hour in a half to 2 hrs. I came back 2 hrs later and I was informed they needed another 30mins. 30 mins goes by and Jose told me to go in the back and speak to the man doing my tints. I’m unsure of his name but he was completely rude when I asked him how much longer making him aware I had to leave. He told me that my vehicle would be done when he’s done. Rudeeeeee…. Then told me I didn't need to do my windshield if I didn’t want. So a total of 3 hrs for tints and my front windows don’t even look like the tints I requested.

- AAAudiOnTopNov 24, 20255.0Jose (I hope that’s right) is the BEST ! I originally came here after the old Plainville location completely destroyed my first subwoofer set up! Bad customer service and all ! They said it blew because “it just happens”. The reason was the ground wire melted due to wayyy to much power (they maxed out the amplifier completely). I told them I knew nothing about subwoofers but I knew that the brand I was installing wasn’t a high end brand and are known to blow pretty fast (Skar).. I was wrong.. as long as you install it right they last ! Soo after getting told they can’t do anything bc “it just happens” .. I went this shop on the Tpike ! With no hesitation Jose transferred the warranty took responsibility for THEIR problem and set me up ! Same brand everything I’ve had no issues ! I’ve installed subwoofers here about 4 times personally not one problem on any ! Some 2years+ and still going strong ! I’ve sent friends and family to him and same thing 100% perfect ! 1000/10 recommend ! And you can’t beat the price for the quality of work trust! I’ve been charged 700+ everywhere else for a 300$ set up ! They will explain everything to you if you have no knowledge like I did ! Def take a stop by you won’t regret ! & I’ll be back to install my sundown ! asap haha!
