  I just had an incredible experience leasing my new 2025 Audi S8 from Hoffman Audi of New London, and I can’t wait to share it! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in great hands, thanks to the amazing team there. First up, Jason Klioze, my sales rep—made it feel pike working with an old friend! He was not only super knowledgeable about the Audi lineup, but he genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. Jason made the whole process feel like a fun adventure rather than a chore. His enthusiasm for the brand is contagious, and I left feeling like I got the perfect car for me. Then there’s Tony Garofolo, the General Manager. Truly a stellar example of dealership management! He has created such a welcoming atmosphere at Hoffman Audi. It’s clear that he prioritizes customer satisfaction, and it shows in the way his team operates. You can feel the positive energy in the showroom, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. Not only that, he is accessible and happy to assist unlike other management at other dealers. Robert Duncan, the Finance Manager. He made what can often be a stressful part of the car-buying process feel like a breeze. Robert walked me through all my financing / warranty options with patience and clarity, ensuring I felt completely comfortable with my choices. I really appreciated how he worked to find a deal that worked for me without any pressure. And a big shoutout to Sandy Farrell, the Business Development Specialist, who answered my initial call. From our first conversation, her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and excited about my visit. She was quick to respond and made contact with the team a piece of cake. Overall, my experience at Hoffman Audi of New London was nothing short of fantastic. This team truly knows how to treat their customers right! I absolutely love my new Audi S8, and I can't thank everyone enough for making this journey so enjoyable. If you’re in the market for an Audi, do yourself a favor and head to Hoffman Audi—you will absolutely not regret it!! P.S. We are currently working on purchasing another car from Hoffman Audi of New London, and I am beyond excited (which is not a normal feeling while car shopping)

  I had a great experience working with Julio Jimenez. I called ahead because I was traveling a distance and he had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. He was knowledgeable about the car features and worked with me through the purchase process. I was able to drive away in the car the same day! Julio went the extra mile and drove the car into the showroom topped with a bow! I highly recommend Hoffman Audi

  This was my second Audi purchased at Hoffman Audi of New London. I had a great experience several years ago and had another amazing experience last week working with Julio. Julio located the exact car I was looking for and had it for me within a day or two. Even though I already owned a Q3, he didn’t shoo me out the door but rather, took the time to walk me through all the changes between my old Q3 and the new one. He’s clearly knowledgeable about what he does and took so much care in making sure all my questions were answered. Honestly, everyone there has always been great but Julio is definitely an asset to their team!

  Always have a great experience with Hoffman Audi. Julio was attentive, professional and responsive. He worked hard to find the car that we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and caring. We cannot speak highly enough about or experience.
