    Just wanted to share another post on this service center. 2006 dodge ram 2500 4 wd.I rebuilt the front end of this truck and needed to get aligned. These trucks are a nightmare. I asked for some specs. That fall out of line with OEM specs. They took care of me again! Rides,steers better than new. When I called I asked if it was pain to do. Yes it was but got it done. Thanks again guys. Appreciate your hard work. ( oh cash is king for tipping but the guys/ gals like bud light.😉)

    You will not be sorry you trusted Matties service Center with your vehicle! We have been using Matt for a few years to maintain my Jeep Grand Cherokee and Ford F-150. As a woman I have always found it intimidating dealing with car issues and communicating with mechanics. Matt is always super quick to accommodate us and always a pleasure to work with. I know when I go there I am getting a fair price and excellent service with no one trying to take advantage of me. Thank you Matt for always taking such good care of our cars and us!

    I haven't used many auto repair centers while in CT (I've been in CT for about 5 years), I typically do the work myself. Every once in a while though, I'll go to a shop for stuff I simply don't have time for. Matties was a pleasant experience, unlike some other places here. I've got a near 20 year old Toyota Echo that ran great but needed some belts. It also had a stalling issue when cold. What was great about Matties is that they had no problem using the new belts I already had. Some places flat out tell you "No, we won't use your parts". Matties did. The stalling issue was optional as it was the belts I was more concerned about, but Matties also looked at that for me and recommended a service. Since then, the Echo has not stalled at all, and purrs perfectly. I'm pleased! The cost wasn't very high either - it was lower than I was expecting. Thanks! I will be visiting Matties again for future services.
