I could not be more pleased with my experience online and at this penske location. The website made it easy to make a reservation, the office was clean and Juan was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The truck I rented here was much newer than the U-Haul, ran perfectly & it was very clean. It was also less expensive for a 24 hr rental here than an 8 hr U-Haul rental. Clearly people care here and it makes a difference. Thank you! I highly recommend this location!

But now we are having to move again and it has been nothing but difficult. We asked to return the truck at a later time and they tell us it has to at the same time we pick up. Ok thats fine. So I go to extend my reservation dates and after 30 mins of telling me what price would be they then go and tell me they cant add that many days. Like why the hell would you allow it the first time and then have another person tell me they cant? Every one needs to be on the same page. Its stressful enough buying a house in another state during a pandemic but now Penske wants to make it more stressful for my family and I. So ridiculous.
