They asked for half the payment up front before starting our job which I mailed and then they didn’t show up until the middle of December to wrap our boat. Then told us they didn’t receive our final payment so we sent them another check and trusted them to destroy the original if it ever showed up. Well they cashed all three checks and refused to send back our overpayment. Blocked our calls and we have never been reimbursed. This is not the way a reputable company treats their customers. I am in my own business and have never experienced anything like this.
