- RLRene LopezJul 25, 20251.0I bought the wrong color caulk. Tried to exchange but the brand did not come in clear. So I asked for a refund. I needed a receipt which I had. However it turns out you need the barcode at the bottom of the receipt. Mine was partially torn. So no refund only store credit. Their sign makes no reference to needing this barcode. They provided the receipt. This, along with other experiences at CW, will result in me never bringing my TT there for service or buying from their parts department again.
