    Brandon has gone above and beyond. He has helped me out a couple of times outside of work and gave me some personal advice that helped with some legal issues that were happening! đŸ’Ș🏿Shout out to coby and Issac as well! All good dudes with great customer service. 🙏🏿

    I stop at this Maverik almost every single day, and two people consistently make the entire place run on a different level: Coby and Brandon. Over time you can tell who’s just clocking in and who actually takes pride in the job, and these two absolutely do. They handle rushes, lines, pump issues—whatever—without attitude, without hesitation, and always with the same calm, friendly energy. They treat customers like actual people, not transactions, and it shows. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Morning, afternoon, random late stop—doesn’t matter. They’re dialed in every time I walk in the door. They keep the place clean, stocked, and running smooth. If there’s a better deal, a reward perk I missed, or a promo that saves a couple bucks, they actually point it out in a way that feels helpful, not salesy. It makes a huge difference, especially for someone who comes in as often as I do. I’ve been to a lot of gas stations in the area, and this store stands out because of them. It’s rare to find employees who consistently care about both the customer experience and the overall vibe of the place. Maverik should know they’ve got two legit future leaders here. Coby and Brandon aren’t just good employees—they’re the reason I keep coming back to this location. Outstanding guys, outstanding service, every single time.

    I'm a regular shopper but I don't think I will be anymore. Stopped in the other day and saw the missing dog posters while I was checking out when I got home there were posts on facebook and tic tok that a customer was able to get from an employee from their surveillance falsely accusing me of stealing this dog while I was just holding my drink in the video. The cops have looked into this and come to my house and I am not a suspect. I don't think they're trustworthy people be careful at that location and keep in mind a lot of people look at their dogs like their kids , so they put me in danger

    Came in this morning to grab an energy drink, but the fridges weren’t really stocked. I know how product can be in the back and since I wanted a redbull I asked if they had any in the back. As I was trying to get the girls attention, she just kept moving away from me like she couldn’t hear me. I finally was able to get her attention and I asked about the redbull and she shrugged her shoulders and said “we’re probably out.” I was just gonna leave but I saw a ton of them on the shelf and so I went back and said “Hey I noticed there’s a bunch on the shelf. Could you check in the back for a cold one?” She got an attitude with me and started raising her voice at me while bopping her head to say “Okay! i’m going right now.” Talk about making customers feel like an inconvenience. This girl then came back and brings me 3 Monster Energy Drinks which is not what I asked for so I just said “No I’m looking for redbull.” She shut the door on me and went back to look for redbull and at that point I was just like forget it. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me and said “why?” I then told her I was incredibly disappointed in the customer service and that I didn’t appreciate her getting an attitude with me when I asked her if she could check for more in the back and I wanted to talk to the manager. She still wouldn’t give it to me and said “actually you have an attitude” when I’m just trying to get some caffeine so I can go to work 😭 I asked the girl working in the Bonfire Burrito Stand and she said Shondae and that the manager would be in at 6am. Just a crappy way to start the morning and while I thought in the beginning she hadn’t heard when I was trying to get her attention, I do gotta wonder now if she was intentionally pretending not to hear me. After interacting with this girl more it seems like she doesn’t like working in customer service and I felt very much like I inconvenienced her. After all of this I am walking out the door and I see a couple red bulls in the fridge next to the door. It’s just like not only did you guy have some, but this has got to be some of the worst customer service ever. She knew that too which is why she refused to give her name.
