  Nick was way out of his league. I Trusted them and got burned!! If Corporate wants to make it right please reach out to me. Sold me a tear drop camper and hid some major dangerous flaws. Nick said it was great. They acted like it was a great camper and had nothing wrong with it. SO UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICE AND SEEMINGLY SHADY WAY OF SELLING!!

  They are scammers. Conned my elderly parents who declined the service contract yet it was still added. We didn’t notice until months later due to it not showing up on the purchase order. They also stated that we could not cancel the exterior/interior protection which we definitely can. What this company does is Illegal and they should lose their dealer and sales licenses. Will be filing formal complaint.

  We recently purchased our new Winnebago Travato 59KL from Camping World in Wheat Ridge, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! Our sales representative, Darin Ellis, absolutely deserves a full 5 stars. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was top-notch — I’m a big texter since I work long hours, and Darin was always quick to respond, even early in the morning. He made the process smooth and stress-free without ever being pushy. We actually went through two different “dreams” of what we wanted — starting with a small Class C and eventually upgrading to a Class B Travato — and Darin was patient and supportive the entire way. The reason for the half-star deduction is due to the service department. While they weren’t very familiar with the Travato 59KL, they were upfront and honest about it, which I really appreciated. They worked hard to be helpful and transparent even though this was the first time they had this particular unit on their lot (we had it shipped in). It felt like we were all learning together, which was understandable. I do wish they would have kept it an extra day to learn about the battery systems a bit more, so they could share the knowledge with us. They also don't do chassis work at this location so we have a few maintenance things we need to do after taking delivery (oil change, for example) that would have been helpful to already have done. Overall still a positive experience! The finance process went smoothly, but I’d love to see Camping World move toward a more paperless or online signing system — it would be a great improvement for tech-savvy customers. I’d also recommend providing sales reps with more training on the Good Sam benefits and Extended Service Plans. Since customers already have a relationship with their sales rep, it would feel more natural to ask them those questions instead of a finance manager we just met. The finance manager was a nice guy, but our relationship and trust were really built with Darin. Highly recommend Camping World Wheat Ridge — and if you go, ask for Darin Ellis!

  We should’ve listened to the guy in the lobby that told us not to buy from them. We found a camper we liked, higher in our budget but still In budget and I appreciated they let us take it home the same day and understood it wasn’t as inspected as other campers since they don’t usually let people take them home on the same day. Like a bull black tank or lots of dust left behind, is what it is. However, we noticed our loan was higher than we thought we agreed to and found out they charged us $5000 more for a service contract which we didn’t need but it was already finalized so whatever. When we tried to use the service to replace a “brand new” battery they provided, they said it was our own neglect. That doesn’t add up when we’ve only owned it a couple weeks. If your pinching pennies or looking for customer service, expecting to be cared for, DONT BUY FROM HERE
