The professional and friendly sales associate Thomas showed us several different rv styles and was knowledgeable on all of them. He helped us find the perfect camper and worked with us on our trade-in. It was a very smooth process from start to finish and everyone from reception, techs, finance and sales were helpful and courteous. My husband and I were very impressed with our experience today and would highly recommend this location.

- JRJ RDec 28, 20251.0I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to not visit nor buy from this business because of the experience I’m sharing below. We went to buy from Camping World and they were great to work with at first. We had our own financing and went in with a trade that they reviewed pictures of and promised a specific trade amount. After signing half the documents and handing over a check, they backed out after noting damage on the trade that was reflected in the pictures (and they had the chance to review it in person several times). The manager was cursing us out, and I was shocked by how unprofessional he was behaving. His attitude switched on a dime, and he was quick to cancel the deal, shred any previously signed papers, and promised to overnight the check to our bank to avoid interest charges. As I write this review, it took several weeks for the check to get returned. Two days after the manager backed out of the sale, they tried to redo it and refused to hand over the money, causing interest charges to grow. They finally returned the money, but now there’s over $500 in interest charges because they kept trying to delay it in a poor attempt at a sale despite the damage they had done. We’ve been trying to get ahold of them to request reimbursement for interest charges THEY caused by trying to salvage the sale after it had already been canceled and we said no, but they refuse to answer calls and are avoiding us. Never in my life have I encountered such unprofessional, vulgar, and untrustworthy dealers like this, and I say that knowing there are very sketchy dealers out there.
