Took it right back to file a claim..they are trying to say it was not their brushes as my scratches are not consistent and their brushes are soft. Also stating they’ve had no other claims-but reading here tells me they have. Don’t waste your time or money.

Crazy how many people have the same issue. I have ONLY washed my truck at this location. So, no other way this could have happened from anything other than this car wash. Waiting a week for a reply....... Poor customer service at the corporate level.

As a former express car wash worker (Breeze Thru) I noticed their brushes aren't dialed way in but I was okay with it. I usually keep my car pretty clean and I know first hand what happens if they are too aggressive. Loved this location. Wish it was my local one.
