  Keegan in the sales department is exceptional! He is so knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful! He listened to my wants & needs, showed me my options, explained the features of the various vehicles, how & why they’re beneficial, all without being pushy at all. He was helpful throughout the entire process, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEEGAN to everyone. I will be a lifetime customer of his!

  I recently purchased a Used Car from Flower for the 1st time! This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them in 4 yrs! 1st was off the loading truck. So I known exactly what I was getting myself into with going for a Used Car this round! I had a problem I noticed immediately ! I dropped the car off to be looked at with Flower 2 weeks after leaving with it, Yep it was definitely the problem I stated from the start! I had a phone call on Christmas Eve from a General Manager by the name of (Chris) reach out to me with the problem to my vehicle this gentleman started off making bad jokes about being the grinch and why he should be responsible to fix the vehicle! When this gentleman reached out I haven’t even drove the vehicle more than 2000 miles! This gentleman continue to argue with me on the phone, I was blow away with his unprofessional attitude this should have Never happened as a customer I should have never been called by him on any given day as he doesn’t work in the service department. As a manager, you’re supposed to de fleet, the problem not cause a problem but he calls me Christmas Eve to fire me up! This should have been handled properly with the managers inside the dealership without my involvement! Or before I purchased the vehicle. I drive my CHILD in this vehicle SIR. I could’ve been a very rude customer, and I never went into the situation attacking anybody I was very professional and calm never blamed anyone as I have been on the other side before I previously worked as a service advisor within the last three years, so my concern was recognizable immediately! I went to this dealership out of trust and honestly as a Single Woman and this gentleman (Chris) has messed that feeling up and a returning customer for the future due to Safety issues he admitted to on the phone. Out of respect please don’t Ever do this again, You had other people not enjoying their holiday because you felt it was necessary to call me! I don’t wish this experience on an individual let alone us single woman! I am giving this a one star due to his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service! The problem was eventually handled by the Service Director, Service Manager and Service Advisor and my sales person all which were very professional and I’m very thankful for
