The staff was amazing. Made the buying process extremely easy. Donna was great. Lucas went above and beyond to make sure my trailer was checked out properly. Jeremy made the final paperwork a breeze. Thank you so so much.

I visited this company once in October. I should have realized something was off when I was required to leave my cell phone number to simply walk the lot and browse the selection of camper vans. Since October I have received no less than two phone calls a week from sales... even after blocking the phone number; it is plain and simple unwarranted harassment at this point. I will never recommend this company and if anything I will encourage everyone to seek RV related services elsewhere.

I am beyond disappointed with this dealership and its service department. I experienced fraudulent billing practices and service repairs. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing an RV or having service work done at Camping World. I brought my concerns to the General Manager, but there was no follow-up or accountability, which suggests that these issues come from the top down.

On October 25, 2025 my husband and I took our 20 year old son to purchase his first all seasons, full timer RV as he travels for work. The initial shopping went smoothly and he looked at what he went to look at and three others. He ended up settling on a 2021 Jayco Pinnacle for around $59,000.00. They needed to work on his financing which I understood. He has an excellent credit score but minimal history as he is 20. I decided to co-sign and it moved along. He paid for the interior/exterior scotch guard and it needed cleaned so we agreed to come again later in the week to sign and pick up his trailer. On Tuesday, October 28, 2025 her received a phone call and they stated what his payment would be and asked when he could come get it and that he needed to have it done before the end of the month. It was too late for us to make work arrangements therefor we could not go until November 1st. Upon our arrival at 10am after a 3 hour drive, we waited a minimal amount of time before we went to do a walk through. It was just coming out of the wash bay and the interior was still filthy!! Absolutely filthy. Once we returned to the building to do our final paperwork I mentioned that I needed to clean it and was told they were running behind but it would be cleaned before we hitched up. We did our paperwork and were then told his payment was $110 MORE than he had been told earlier that week after our credit was ran, etc. I am still livid over that. I have since received letters from the finance companies stating that it would be camping world that would decide the finance term and not them. I believe they saw my son coming from a mile away. However, that is not what we were told by the Good Sam people or anyone else at Camping world. Lastly, when we went to hitch they said they were done and it was cleaned and we were ready. Drove three hours home, opened it up and NOTHING WAS CLEAN. It was disgusting. We found marker, walkie talkies amongst other things around the furniture, same millers that were there a week earlier. I spent 4 hours cleaning it Sunday. I do not believe for a minute that the scotch guard application my son paid for was even done. We were warned about going here - should have listened!! Our salesman and the Good Sam guy were kind but just be aware. I would encourage you to do your research and shop elsewhere.

Terrible service and management won’t call back to address your concerns Went to this location to get my rv winterize as i do every year. The service rep came up and said the pump didn’t work and i needed to replace it otherwise they couldn’t complete the winterize. I received a quote close to $600 to replace the pump and winterize the RV. I notified them that i would just replace the pump myself as its something that should take 20-30 minutes tops. Once i told them that they said they would charge me for the winterize since they had started the process. They literally removed the water heater plug and wanted me to pay $160 for the winterize. I told them that was absurd and i wanted to talk to a manager. They ended up not charging me but felt like they are just trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. I ended up going home and figured out in 5 minutes that the pump had air and was working just fine. I don’t even do this work and i can figure out in 5 minutes that it was just air in the lines. Either the service department needs more training or they teach their employees to rip people off. Please beware when you have service done at this location
