  Bought a nice 90K Tiffin motorhome from the Longmont, CO location. Our salesman, Dan, was great, love Ty (Tammy) in service. Not happy with our warranty, They are charging us mega bucks for diagnosing wiring issues and it has taken several months to cover the main radio. Nothing is working right, surround sound comes on randomly and we have no volume control, then all tv's come on and the main one has no volume. Warranty is finally covering the main radio system, but they are basically charging us for diagnostics for what the radio cost and on top of it, lost one of our DISH TV remotes, that they are not even offering to replace. They can't get anything done with it and still owe us a cleaning and detail. Then I have to provide proof of what they owe us, why don't they have that? Sorry, not a big complainer, but I would never buy anything from Camping World again nor have any service done with them. The RV is there now to get the new radio that the warranty is covering, but I will never take it there again. Also, when we bought the RV, we were promised a $100 gift card. We went back to get it and waited over 2 hours and finally left without one. I came back later in the week and got it, but still had to wait. They were also terrible with communications when we had no sofa bed air pump that they also owed us. Josh in delivery was great when I finally got to talk to him and he saw the emails from Tiffin asking for a picture of the bed (which CW never forwarded to me). He got it right away after I was told in sales that any power air pump would work, which would not be true. That bed has a specific air pump that has to screw into the base. Lastly, I had ordered a new awning for our toy hauler which is currently for sale. No one ever called to let me know they had it ready to install as I had to call myself to find out. Service there is terrible, but I will not blame Ty or Josh as they have been very helpful. I would never purchase an RV or do service with CW again. I'll start taking our Tiffin to TransWest from now on except for warranty issues. But, then again, I'm not sure CW will charge me as much to diagnose any issues as it costs to replace it on the warranty. It's totally BS.

  They had what I needed in stock within my time sensitive situation. Also they were surprisingly open later than competitors while being so close to the holidays. Thank You!

  I go to the longmont Camping World quite a bit. Usually I have a good experience however this latest experience is making me rethink my patronage. I went to the store a week ago and bought several items, but in particular I wanted to participate in the sale for the furrion RV camera system. I wanted the advertise 7" monitor deal but they didn't have them in stock. I spoke with CJ Himel and he assured me that he would track one down at another store and then contact me and he gave me his Camping World business card. I asked that he contact me either way and let me know the status and made sure that he had all of my correct contact information. He said he would call me on Monday. I never received any further communication from him. I called and left voice messages a couple times, I emailed him a couple times and crickets.... Terribly disappointed in Camping World, just a bit of common courtesy would have gone a long way to have the initiative to follow through and do what you commit to. I am a reasonable person and if he had just called to say he was unable to locate one. I would have very much appreciated that he followed through and was courteous to the customer.
