It’s a hybrid so took some troubleshooting to turn on, which he went above and beyond to make sure it started. He was helpful and patient while I unloaded my car full to the brim with baby gear and personal items to get to the battery located in the trunk. Upon getting the car running, Jack suggested visiting our local auto shop for a battery test and followed me there to make sure my car didn’t break down en route since the battery was acting up. Thanks for going the extra mile, literally!
