I’ve dealt with other MB dealers in Denver and they are difficult to work with and I left feeling like I needed a shower. MB of Littleton has the nicest staff, tries very hard to make you happy and goes above and beyond. Louie is the greatest and very fair. He went above and.beyond. Louie even came in on his day off on New Year’s Day to deliver my car to me because he wanted me to start 2026 with my new car!!!! Wow!! The GM Zander was supportive, friendly, but allowed Louie to take care of us. The finance advisor, Andrew was excellent and just a really good person. Finally, Ernesto in service was quick with mounting my winter tires, and very communicative. All around great dealership and we will definitely be back. Thanks Louie!!

We had a few minor hick ups but the manager made sure that I was accommodated due to any inconvenience. Now that is good business practice! Joe answered whenever I called with concerns. After dealing with crooks at multiple dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air to have good customer service. My trip from NYC was well worth it. Thank you to Joe and all the managers that helped me purchase my new car, which is beautiful and I am in love with it!!

The snacks are fantastic. The drinks are fantastic. The coffee is excellent. Oh, and the service is always on time, precise, and well explained. My appointments tend to end earlier than I expect. This visit I needed to order some replacement keys. Casey in Parts knows his keys and made sure we ordered the right ones. And he loves vehicles and is enjoyable to visit with, time permitting. I don't really look forward to service visits that cost me money, but, I like the quality of service and food when I visit the team at Mercedes-Benz of Littleton. You will, too.

Unlike other dealerships, everyone at MB Littleton treated us well, patiently, and spent time answering many (sometimes repetitive) questions. Sonny especially was fantastic and easy to work with. When it came time to finally work the deal, the process was quick and easy. The negotiation was reasonable for everyone, with no extended back and forth, no high pressure type sales. Even the finance guy (forgot name, sorry!) was pleasant, understanding, and no pressure for any add-ons. We will definitely be back next time we're in the market.
