    Had a great experience with the service department. They took care of my braking issue with ease, and honored the SBC warranty on my 20 year old car!! Ernesto and his team are on it, and the tech out took care of my car did a wonderful job, which I’m extremely grateful! Quickly become my fav MB dealer in the Denver metro area!

    Came to get an appraisal on my Mercedes Benz and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience I.e. nothing like you hear from their commercials on tv for friendly, exceptional service. We walked in, the woman at the front desk was very kind but unfortunately that’s where it ended. The person that came to do the appraisal greeted us with an AirPod in one ear, and barely talked to us, just asked for the keys and walked away. As we waited there were multiple people on the floor just standing around, kind of staring at us like we didn’t belong there / felt judged pretty hard - which is interesting, considering I drive a Benz? We got the appraisal back which was a printed piece of paper with a price, the person with the AirPods in just handed us the paper, and was kind of like “here you go” and walked away. I was expecting something more of a conversation, negotiation, anything - but it felt like we were wasting their time by being there. The person helping us was laughing with the front desk woman and when they came to us, was very short, quick and acting like we were bothering them. The manager looked at the car as well, and he didn’t even say anything to us - just completely judged and ignored us. Overall, wouldn’t come back - but just know that when you walk in there is a good amount of judgement before anyone but the front desk woman will talk to you, which again is pretty unfortunate considering I drive a very well maintained Benz.

    Would give negative stars if I could. I was hesitant to even post at first since the manager was threatening and they have my address, but now I’ve moved . This is in regards to bringing in my car a year ago, and it really seems like others are having similar experience. My lord! Read these and tell me something wrong isn’t going on. Extremely predatory and overpriced. Hope Mercedes brand sees this and tightens up their lax awful locations like this. Now, they might look at their booking records and say this is a false post. I used a pseudonym to protect identity. I will reply here and provide additional details because I’m passionate enough to say this location is -10 out of 10. Didn’t even think the scale could go that low but this location really set the bar at a record low. Happy to reply. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20+ years and again, their communication and attempt to blame me and price gauge- well that’s also a record. Trying to trick (bait and switch) me was unbelievable and then trying to intimidate once I complained.

    If we could give this dealership more than five stars, we absolutely would! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable - which is saying a lot when it comes to car buying! We truly felt valued as customers, and it’s clear that this dealership takes pride in doing things the right way. They’ve definitely earned our loyalty, and we’ll be recommending them to anyone we know who’s looking to purchase a vehicle.

    After purchasing cars from 2 other Mercedes Benz dealerships I can honestly say working with MB of Littleton has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A DEALERSHIP EVER! So completely down to earth, friendly, & TRANSPARENT. Never once has any part of my car purchase felt uncomfortable or pushy. Their kindness & excellent communication were so appreciated. EVERY person I've come in contact with, in every department (from management, sales, finance, parts…) has been so respectful and made me feel like family vs a customer. This team definitely DESERVES your business.
